As a bonus, you benefit from access to the residence's heated collective swimming pool, open from 15 June to 15 September – perfect for cooling off at any time of the day!



Inside, you directly enter a pleasant living room bathed in light. The lounge, fitted with a comfortable sofa, an armchair, a television and a decorative fireplace, invites relaxation after a day of outdoor discovery. A window offers a soothing view of the residence's garden. Extending from this, a dining area with a table that can accommodate up to 4 people will allow you to share meals in a friendly atmosphere.

The open-plan kitchen, connected to the living area and equipped with induction hobs, has everything you need: fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, electric griddle/pancake maker and a raclette machine.



On the night side, the apartment includes a bedroom with a double bed (140x190), ideal for two people.

A bathroom with a shower and hairdryer completes the space, as well as a separate toilet for added comfort.



You will be able to park easily in the residence's car park, but the accommodation does not have a designated parking space.



For your comfort, the accommodation is equipped with an iron and ironing board as well as a private beach locker in the hallway (locked with a key), beach umbrella + beach umbrella stand available.
