'Rancho' is located in the foothills of the Oro Valley Santa Catalina's at Pusch Ridge, minutes away from gyms, hiking, sites, shopping and restaurants. A 3 BEDROOM 2/ba VERY PRIVATE HOME plus a den/office and AZ Room. What a rare combination, situated on nearly 3/4 acre- Huge! fully fenced backyard oasis with fire pit, horseshoes, Ramada with Hot tub, and Sauna. (Hot tub will be offline Spring/Summer until the end of Nov.). Green belt on one side which means privacy! Former horse property- hitching post still remains as remnant of years past. Best deal! Rent by the month! Jan. Feb. March, April and treat yourself to the solitude, comfort, and the views! Pusch Ridge is almost in the backyard- Fantastic mountain views and sparkling city lights, plenty of room, so you are not knocking elbows with your neighbors! My husband and I are Minnesotans. We never really thought about vacationing in Arizona until our two daughters moved to Tucson and Phoenix. We love Tucson! It has mountain ranges in all directions. We love to hike Catalina State Park or other closeby hiking trails. As real estate investors, we realized Tucson was a smart investment area.

All of Tucson has mountain views but this home looks like it's tucked in to the mountain. If you are looking for a vacation near Tucson sites, this home is just a number of blocks over the Oro Valley line, which makes it central to everything. We love the mountain views from the living room or the sun room or office and Master bedroom. It feels as though we are in the country up here. It is extremely tranquil- hear the coyotes at night -
What makes this property unique
We love the views from the back yard or the front yard - three mountain ranges can be seen. The house is extremely comfortable- complete with an Arizona room, plus a private den/office. Inside- modern bamboo floors. Comfortable Furnishings- love the master bed- better than the one in my own home! Fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need. You will love staying here... If tranquility, nature, and mountains are what you are looking for in a place for your next vacation, then look no further. The backyard oasis is completely fenced and has two flagstone patios, a ramada complete with hot tub (offline until the end of Nov.) and infrared sauna. Grill away on the portable gas grill located just off the main patio or grill on the Weber charcoal grill, with dining table and two chaise lounge chairs. For those evening campfires, there's a portable fire pit for your use- horseshoes for some competitive play, along with a ladderball game for more outdoor activity. If you want to see birds, merely hang a seed bell from the last Palo Verde tree by the cedar rail fence, or hang another one between the rails, and in a day or two you will be amazed at all variety of birds, including Quail, you will have attracted. Rancho is truly a wonderfully comfortable home- quiet surroundings, breathtaking mountain views with nature abounding- plus, convenient to all activities, shopping, the back way to Phoenix. Our hope is that once you stay at 'Rancho' you will want to come back again and again- whether for a family gathering for a holiday week, or great for cycling enthusiasts, or snow birds looking for a longer stay... you'll love 'Rancho' for your retreat. We do accept well behaved dogs, so you may bring your pet friend/children with you!(some restrictions may apply as well as pet fee.) Beauty, peaceful surroundings, comfort, and location are key components to 'Rancho's' appeal. Snowbird monthly stay,rent by the 1st of ea. month- January, February, March, April.
