Beautiful and modern furnishings: living/dining room, with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 120 - 350 cm with 1 double sofabed (140 cm, length 180 cm), satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 120 - 300 cm with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (2 hot plates, oven, microwave, freezer). Shower/bidet/WC. Sehr empfehlenswert
Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt! Vom Zustand über die Ausstattung bis hin zur Vermieterin hat alles unsere Erwartungen bei weitem übertroffen. Selbst eine spätere Anreise war kein Problem und alles lief von vorne bis hinten reibungslos. Einziger kleiner Makel war die nicht vorhandene Kaffeemaschine, aber alles in allem eine tolle Wohnung.

Tolle Wohnung mit einer genialen Aussicht
Eine wirklich schöne und neue Wohnung mit einem Highlight, dem Balkon. Das Haus entspricht zu 100% den Bildern. Es ist eigentlich alles da was man braucht und die Vermieterin ist sehr bemüht und eine sehr sehr liebe Frau. Einzig die Verständigung war etwas schwierig, da sie kein Englisch spricht. Hat aber trotzdem alles sehr gut geklappt. Für zwei Personen perfekt von der Größe her. Für vier denk ich nicht geeignet, da zwei auf der doch harten Couch schlafen müssten. Dafür empfiehlt sich dann wohl eher die Wohnung im 1. OG. WLAN, Klima ist alles vorhanden. Lage empfanden wir als sehr gut, da man nur 3 min zu fuss zum Meer hat und auch viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe sind. Alle sehenswerte Sachen sind mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen.

bardzo udany urlop rodzinny (dzieci 6 i 9 lat)
apartament i budynek nowiutki i czyściutki, nowoczesny, piękny widok z tarasu, dom w bardzo spokojnej okolicy, Fajna cicha miejscowość, na spacer do morza faktycznie 250 m, z małymi dziećmi dojazd samochodem na nową miejską plażę z atrakcjami lub na inne,sklep i piekarnia, tawerny 10 min pieszo, supermarkety 6km w Szybeniku. Miła właścicielka, mieszka w Szybeniku, często przyjeżdża do ogrodka przy budynku, mówi trochę po angielsku. Apartament świetny dla rodzinny z nastoletnim dzieckiem lub pary- w realu pomieszczenia nie są tak duże jak na zdjęciach. Aneks kuchenny mikroskopijny raczej na podgrzanie niż gotowanie (2 palniki), wyposażony jedynie dla 4 osób, Mało miejsca na spożywanie posiłków (barek z 3 stołkami)
