Booked this darling condo at Pelican Beach! Condo in description is exactly what we got. Plus some extras like laundry detergent, hygiene products and shampoo & conditioner! It's the little things! This is because the host allows you to leave certain items (under restrictions) instead of throwing them away (I always hate tossing unopened snacks, coffee, etc.).The host is a gem & responds super duper fast!Can't go wrong! Enjoy. Happy BEACHING!!

We had a great stay- the room was just as described and communication on check in process made everything very smooth. We loved the view from balcony and the room had everything we needed. Everything was very clean and shower had great water pressure. The tiki bar and pelican cafe were nice to have right on site. Would stay again.

This condo was exceptionally clean and was exactly as described in the listing. We were very comfortable there. We had some difficulty with the unit's wifi network, but the nice folks at the registration desk gave us a card with the login for the building's network, which worked just fine. The resort itself is nice and has tons of amenities. We enjoyed our stay!

The condo was just as described. The furniture was all very comfortable and the decor was nice. The balcony was a plus with new furniture for lounging. For a large building with lots of guests, there was never a problem getting up and down on the elevators. There are 3 pools on site and all are well maintained. This is a very family friendly location with lots to do within walking distance or a short drive. Joan was a wonderful host, providing lots of information in advance of our arrival and communicated quickly if I had a question. I would not hesitate to come back in the future.

We had a great stay at Pelican Beach Resort! The host was a great communicator and the condo was clean and perfect for the 4 of us! We loved the gulf view from the balcony and the ease to get to and from the beach! The pools were very nice and clean and the tiki bar was great for an early evening drink! We would definitely rent here again!
