About this property

Apartment Regnitzlosau / Bavaria-Upper Franconia

Our apartment is located in the basement of a well-kept semi-detached house in a quiet residential area. It has a separate entrance.

The apartment is about 40 square meters, it consists of a small hall, a bathroom and a combined sleeping and living area with a small kitchen unit and a seating area with four chairs.

There you will find all the necessary utensils to take care of yourself. There are ceramic hob, small fridge, coffee pad machine & pads, toaster, kettle and microwave available.

The separate sleeping area has a comfortable solid double bed and wardrobe. The couch in the living area can be converted into a comfortable sleeping space in a size of 180 x 110, ideal for one adult or two children.

The apartment has a modern LED TV which can be completely rotated, so you can watch TV from the living area as well as from the sleeping area.

We offer free use of bed linen, towels and bath towels. Tea towels, dish cloths and dish soap are also available.

The password for the free WiFi access is ready.

Of course it is a Non smoking apartment, we ask you to comply.


Our pricing is calculated for 2 people and short stay. If you would like to rent longer as an individual, please contact us. The price will be adjusted accordingly.

Schöne ruhige Lage, freundlicher Gastherr, sauber, mit dem nötigen Zweck entsprechende Ausstattung, lauter Kühlschrank bei Nacht. Kein Backofen.2 von 3 Tagen leider kein warmes Wasser weder Dusche noch Küchenspüle, dadurch recht unangenehme Duscherlebnisse. So etwas sollte bei einer Vermietung nicht passieren.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Da es zu unserer Urlaubszeit sehr heiß war, genossen wir die Kühle im Soutairrain. Leider gehört kein Balkon zur Wohnung, wir durften aber auf der Wiese im Garten liegen. Sehr nette Vermieter und alles war vorhanden, was man für seinen Ferienaufenthalt braucht.
