Lovely and Bright One Bedroom 700 Sq Foot Condo ready for your next vacation!

My name is Sarah and I am a chef and a culinary teacher in Northern CA. This little Gem is my baby and well loved. Fully stocked kitchen equipped with new appliances and ready for you to cook your favorite meal, or blend your margarita! You can walk to our adorable historic town of San Jose where there are many amazing restaurants, coffee shops, bars, bakeries, etc. The beach is near (note it is not swimmable) but the surf break Zippers is a 5 minute drive as well as some local public swimmable beaches Palmilla and Playita. No car needed although nice if you want to explore the area. Uber is very reliable and there are loads of cafes within a short walk. This is the perfect home away from home, clean, and a nice quiet place to relax poolside or come home to after a day exploring the area. There is a king bed which can be turned to twins when pushed together. We can set it up however you like just let us know in advance so we can prepare them. We also have a sofa sleeper in the living room for a third guest. We are max 3 guests no pets. There is plenty of street parking or we can request a spot in our lot in advance. Please send me your car information to reserve an onsite spot. There is 24 hour security and the grounds are well landscaped. This is a quiet complex, our unit has very few stairs but it overlooks the pool and has air conditioning. Feel free to use anything you find in the cabinets as well as coolers, beach chairs, boogie board, beach umbrella and floaties as well as yoga mats. Sorry NO PETS any under circumstances are allowed here. Also no loud parties, this is a quiet complex with mostly retired expats and local professionals. There is a stackable washer and dryer and a dry rack as well. We have 2 large water jugs and you can refill at Water World a 5 min drive around the corner . Please conserve power and turn off ac when you leave and be mindful of water use. I hope you love our little slice of heaven as much as we do !

The place was so well laid out, and furnished, that also included spices, condiments, tea, coffee, and some food upon my arrival. It felt like I was returning home.Little problems came up like that always seem to and the host was very responsive and quick to help me out.The location was close enough to most sites that it was walkable. The sites that were too far to walk to were easily covered by an UBER ride.I would definitely stay there again.

Cute condo in great location

A great property in a great location. Cozy, clean, well-furnished condo near downtown San Jose. Walking distance to beach, many shops and restaurants. Highly recommended!

Great Location with Everything We Needed

We loved our stay. Great location easy walk to downtown San Jose, the estuary, shopping, and more. The condo had everything we needed. It was nice and clean. We watched the sunrise from the balcony overlooking the pool. Fully equipped kitchen. If we had any questions our host was very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean and nice location

Short walking distance to the downtown area. Clean, air conditioning worked well. Nice balcony to have coffee in the morning. The only issue we had was with the oven door locking unexpectedly which took a while to get open. A small grill would have been nice on the deck also. we will definitely book here again.

Compact clean convenient… love.

We highly recommend this property. Súper location overlooking the pool. Compact efficient condo with everything and more to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. A well equipped kitchen allowed us to cook the delicious fresh ingredients you can find close by. Good ventilation allowed us to enjoy fresh air rather than depend on the available a/c. Great location in SJC. Walking to most places in less than 15 minutes. Or an easy Uber if your legs need a rest. Easy to rate this place a five star. Thank you Sarah and Esther.

Location was excellent, we stayed 10 days, walking distance to Art District, beach, and many eating places. We either walked everywhere, or took Uber, which was very dependable.

I own Fork Roadhouse in Sebastopol CA. I fell in love with Baja 10 years ago when my then husband and I road tripped for a month, camping along the coastline with our little girl Simone. Simone is now 16 and she and I love to stay in this condo. Walk to the Baja brewery, run along the estuary, and hop in a rental car for adventures. I purchased this space during covid as my little retreat. I just made the commitment and never looked back. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do

Why they chose this property

I love the location!! I can walk to amazing restaurants, bars, cafes, the town square, the beach, in minutes. Definitely best to stay here if you are active and like to adventure around. There is a nearby health center with yoga and spin classes, as well as bike rentals, and surf lessons at Zippers. I like having a car to hit up the local snorkel spots and day trips to Cabo and I recommend AMC as there are no hidden fees and the owner is sweet and honest. I chose this space for the location, salt water pool for relaxing, and the very well appointed interior. San Jose is such a lovely colonial town. If you want party, night scene, go to Cabo as this place is CHILLLLL. One of my favorite things to do is walk from the condo to the estuary on the beach, see the birds, pick up some trash (yes this is MX) and meditate. This beach is not swimmable close to the condo but there are many within a 10 minute drive. Also Uber and local buses make travel easy without a car..

What makes this property unique

My condo has a very comfy bed set up with two twins if you are with a friend, and a King if you are with a partner. I like the option of that. I also have an aerobed in the living room. There is an outdoor BBQ and I have a little portable one you are welcome to use. Washer and dryer is nice to have as well. Also some units have a lot of stairs, ours is minimal and also it is very quiet as we do not share a wall with anyone. I stocked the kitchen and you are welcome to use anything and feel free to leave pantry items for the next guest.
