The apartment IS AIR-CONDITIONED, consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed, a double bunk bed, fully equipped kitchen, living room with double sofa bed, from the living room you can access a large terrace with wonderful views of GOLF LUMINE AND ITS LAKES
In its surroundings there are restaurants, supermarkets, ice cream parlors and much more.
The building has an elevator, SWIMMING POOLS, CHILDREN'S AREA, SPORTS AREAS AND PARKING (1 space).

Check-in time to the apartment: from 4:30 [hidden] (if there is a guest leaving that day, otherwise they can enter from 11:00 [hidden] Check-in before 4:30 [hidden] may incur a surcharge.
Check out time from the apartment: no later than 11 am.
4th. Upon departure, please leave the apartment in the same conditions as you found it, the kitchen must be left clean and tidy, guests cannot leave garbage in the apartment.
