30 metres from the new Oceabul swimming pool and 50 metres from the sea.
Large balcony located on the west side of the building so full sun from morning to night.
Second floors accessible by lift or stairs.
High speed internet and Wi-Fi equipped. Bathroom with bathtub and shower according to each one.
Kitchen equipped with air fryer, electric oven, coffee maker, kettle and microwave.
Electric sliced knives, complete crockery, glasses and cutlery for young and old.
Stoves, baking dish etc...
Everything is there to make you feel at home!..
For safety reasons, the apartment is not equipped with gas.
Everything is electric....
This apartment does not have a wheelchair accessible entrance because the door opening is only 75 cm.
