We loved the apartment. New building near the beach with parking garage. Located near tram and several good restaurants. The apartment was on the 11 floor so good view of the sea and the city. There was a grocery store directly behind the building. Everything in the apartment was very nice and even had a washer which was good since we had been traveling a couple of weeks. We would definitely come back.
