Small independent chalet-type house, located between the lake and the village, above the Palace of Menthon Saint Bernard, quiet, magnificent view not overlooked. On the ground floor living room with open kitchen, shower room, and laundry area. On the mezzanine bedroom with double bed 160, and a bedroom with two beds of 90 fitted. Numerous fitted outdoor cupboards: dining and relaxation areaElectric BBQ, large electric awning and niche for small doggie. A few minutes walk away: Lake and beach above the Palace of Menthon, the municipal beach is about fifteen minutes walk, Village centre with all shops, Menthon Tennis, Paddle sailing club, Boat and pedal boat rental. The cycle path passes just above the house to go around the lake, Walks in the rock of Chère, nature reserve overlooking the lake and walk along the lake between the Palace and the beach, a large part is pedestrianised. Lake shuttles several times a day to take you around the lake or drop you off in Annecy about ten km
A few minutes by car: Golf de Talloires I lend my bag & clubs for a woman Paragliding departure, Menthon Saint Bernard, many hikes in the Aravis Massif.
