LIVING AREA

Detailed with new walls, new floors, and a gas fireplace, the welcoming living area also provides a sectional, a coffee bar, and a smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-equipped kitchen is appointed with a full suite of appliances, as well as helpful gadgets and cookware to create delectable dishes.

When it’s time to dine, the table accommodates four.

BED & BATH

This condo accommodates six guests in two suites.

Sleep soundly on the queen-size bed in the primary suite, also fitted with a smart TV and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The second suite is furnished with a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a twin-over-queen bunk bed, and a Roku TV. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

The balcony offers seating for four and amazing views of the mountains and river.

The seasonal pool (unheated) provides a wonderful spot to lounge on sunny days.

This unit is on the fifth floor. Elevators are available.

Situated just off the parkway, this conveniently located rental presents prime access to popular attractions, shops, and dining. Patriot Park is just a 10-minute walk from home.

The Island is a 4-minute drive, while Historic Dollywood is only 10 minutes away. Find hiking at nearby trails, including Cedar Falls, Roaring Fork, and Ramsey Cascades.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
