Great Place

Very spacious and comfortable

The apartment was very clean when we arrived. There was tons of storage and 2 comfortable king beds. There was also a really nice sofa bed and a bunch of board games to play with. The kitchen was nice and the bathrooms were spacious and great. Overall, a great property to stay in.

This was our third year staying there. The place is always so clean and has everything you need for a good vacation. The location is great! Far enough away from the road for quietness but close to all the attractions. Barry and Bobbi are great. If you have questions they answer right back. We hope to rent their place again next year.

Great host. Condo is close to everything but located off the Main Street so it’s in a very quiet area. Furniture and beds are comfortable. Highly recommend.

Quiet getaway in a busy area

We planned a trip to Cades Cove and decided to stay in Pigeon Forge. We thought this condo was in a good location and it turns out it's in the perfect location. It is close to pretty much anything you want to do in Pigeon Forge and it's tucked away just enough from the parkway to be a quiet, private area. The condo itself was extremely clean and had comfortable furniture and beds. We also had a good view of the mountains as advertised. We received our check in instructions before check-in and got the door code early which enabled us to get loaded in time we got there. Everything about our experience was excellent and I will definitely try to rent it again the next time I'm headed to the area.

This property was wonderful. Great location, very clean, beds were very comfortable. The view was amazing. We spent a lot of time there just sitting and talking because of all the rain, but was very nice place to do so. Enjoyed it and would highly recommend. Location is great. Close to everything but feels like in the mountains.

No Football

The cable did not work on two of the three tvs. The small tv in the second bedroom is the ONLY tv that worked all weekend. So if your someone who doesn’t care about tv then you will enjoy staying here, but if you do then stay away.

Very Clean but few amenities.

the unit was very clean! how ever it was woefully lacking in amenities. No coffee, now shower soap or shampoo, no normal cooking supplies, Salt, Pepper, cooking oil. no blender mismatch dishes and utensils, knives were a joke if you want to cut something. After driving all day it was disheartening to have to head to the store and pick up basic supplies that have been supplied at every other similar rental that I have done. Sorry but I doubt I'll be re-booking with this owner.

Great condo!

Absolutely loved this condo! Talked about it multiple times with wife and parents on how awesome of a location this place was. We rented it all week and had a cabin for the weekend and honestly loved the condo so much we hated to even leave to go to cabin. Absolutely love this place and will stay here every time from now on.

Great Location

This condo is in a great location and the property is very clean and maintained. We did have a little hiccup with checking in, but after calling VRBO we were able to straighten out the miscommunication with the property manager. After about 20 minutes we finally got the code to get into the condo unit. The condo is clean and very comfortable. We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen seemed to be well stocked with dishes and cookware and utensils. We would definitely stay here again when we visit this area again.
