In a quiet, single-story home near the Océanes beaches (7 km) and lakes, just 20 meters from the bike path, this house will charm you with its many amenities.
Close to all amenities, free shuttle buses, a shopping center, restaurants, downtown, and the forest.
A variety of activities await you: padel or tennis, tennis or pétanque, golf or tree-top adventure courses, surfing or paddleboarding, and to top it off, a beachfront restaurant at sunset.
As for the house, the property is fully fenced.
The outdoor space is idyllic for relaxing, featuring a saltwater pool (4.75m x 2.5m, 1.45m deep), lounge chairs, and a pétanque court.
The interior is very comfortable, featuring full air conditioning with individual controls for the living room and each bedroom. A foosball table is perfect for after a day at the beach or during cocktail hour.
Please note that the house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Noisy parties are strictly prohibited.
