Perfect Little Getaway

Great little place, perfect size for two people. The condo was super clean, check in was a breeze and we received a phone call within an hour to make sure everything was okay and that we were settled in. The location is also great, a 5 minute drive to the beach and close to Calabash. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay!

Location!

Amazing location. About an 8 minute drive to sunset beach pier and about 15 minutes to calabash where theres amazing restaurants and shopping. Home was very clean. Second floor location. Perfect for what we needed and was very quiet. Would stay there again for sure!

Golf is a four letter word!!!

My son and I enjoyed our stay. The rest of our family rented a home at Sunset Beach so we are very close. My son and I played golf every day at a different course and saw the family later each day, which turned out perfect. We will try to do the same thing next year and fully expect to stay at this condo.

It was OK

If the neighbors’ dog’s would quit barking all hours of the nights I was there, would have been a 5 star stay. . Disappointing to read you can’t bring your own dogs, but you have to listen to everyone else’s.

Girls Trip!

My best friend and I booked this unit for a girls getaway… it was absolutely PERFECT! My only complaint is that the woman who cleans the property arrived at 9:20AM, when checkout was at 10AM. She was kind and said “no rush” but continued to sit in her car and had her cleaning supplies all lined up outside of the door. It was definitely off-putting, but I suppose I’m glad to know she takes cleaning the property seriously.

Nice Place

We enjoyed our week in the condo. For the most part it was clean. I only left 4 stars because the floor was filthy, and I had to sweep and vacuum when we got there. I was offered a credit from Vacasa but did not receive it. I did not ask for the credit, it was offered. Would appreciate it if you would not offer if not planning to follow through.

Great location

The location of this unit was very convenient to both calabash and sunset beach. It is nicely furnished, but the pull out couch is not suitable for anyone to sleep on. That mattress is so thin that you are basically sleeping on metal springs- so uncomfortable.-I was embarrassed for my guests. Also the communication with vacasa during our first few days was abysmal. We needed linens for our guests and we found ourselves communicating with canned answers from an automatic system. Bella finally responded on Day three and was apologetic and accommodating. She mentioned that we should receive some type of compensation for our frustration with vacasa. We have heard nothing since our departure.

Outstanding!

We had to leave a little early due to Ivan, but we really enjoyed our stay here in Unit 106. It was clean, tastefully decorated, and we found everything we needed. The beds were good too. We'll be back!

Fantastic get away stay

Updated condo near the beach and many activities to do near by and within short drives. Loved the beach and pool and the kids loved fishing on the pier. Even caught a shark! Visited Southport and Wilmington and a turtle rescue too. Can’t wait to come back

Perfect get-away!

My new husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon last week and it was absolute perfection! The condo is nice-sized with two large beds in the spacious bedroom and a huge bathroom with separate tub, shower and water closet. It's close to everything (the beach, dining, necessities) yet secluded and quiet. We met many neighbors but never heard a sound while inside our unit. The pool is beautiful and well cared for as well. The unit is adorable and very clean. Has everything needed for relaxing, quiet get-away. The hosts have also created a binder with everything you would want to know about local attractions, dining, necessities, history, etc.
