Steps from the Atlantic Ocean and beautiful beach dunes of Sunset Beach is our 2nd floor Studio which has Ocean Views from our front porch bench. Inside, we have all the basic & functional accommodations for short/mid/long term travelers looking for an affordable place to stay on the beautiful island of Sunset Beach! Please send an inquiry if you are looking for a month or longer stay and I can provide discounted rate options. The Continental Motel was the first Motel in Sunset Beach.

Very convenient to the beach and a few local stores. Easy access to the beach. Missed not having any kind of a kitchen but it slept well and it was quiet. Overall a very nice stay unless you want to spend significantly more money.

The room was exactly as described! We had a great, comfortable stay. The room wasn't huge but it was organized perfectly to have everything you need and then some without being a clutter. It was a short walk to the ocean and easy access to the pool which stayed full and clean. My only small complaint was the lock was weird. Make sure you read the instructions for it! Once you have it figured out though there's nothing to it. I think it may also be on a timer for check out time? Just be aware it won't work anymore once it hits that date. Overall, had a great experience! Would absolutely do it again

Great Location

The room was clean and comfortable and quiet (you could not hear others in the hotel). Location was awesome, just steps away from the beach as well as supplies, bike rentals, the fishing pier. First time to Sunset Beach and definitely not our last. Beautiful location.

The beach was easily accessible. The pool was clean and well maintained, but the water was chilly because of the weather. The supplies for a small family(3) were fine. Could have used a light closer to the dining table. AC fan very loud even on low. There was no staff on site, which was a bit disconcerting.

After hearing from many guests, the pool is now opened by Easter each year. We are happy to make this amenity available for folks that look forward to the option of a pool. The rental is a single studio, I was not aware you were expecting a concierge service. I would have clarified that for you, I'm sorry it was disconcerting for you.
