Best value per person is : A Peace of Heaven...slow down and relax.Our beautiful condo, sets the standard. You can call me at 828.310.7700. It is a clean, modern condo that will have you feeling right at home as soon as you arrive.It is decorated with reprints of the local area from artist Ken Buckner. 2 bedrooms, each has 2 queen beds (new luxury mattress)dresser,nitestand, wall mounted 40" Smart TV. 2 bathrooms, both with tub and shower. One tub is oversized and jetted. Fully equipped kitchen, with extras like programmable dual pot coffee maker, crock pot, ice tea maker, and of course a dish washer. The dining table seats 4 also there are 2 TV tray tables and the bar seats 2. Washer & dryer. Living room is roomy with a full sofa, loveseat and chair and 50" Smart TV and Blue Ray Player. Private balcony with chairs and table to enjoy the limited views of the intracoastal waterway. Wonderful wooded view also with much bird actively. The charcoal grill is located just steps away as is the Large outdoor pool (seasonal) with plenty of chairs. Indoor pool (heated) and hot tub both are open year round. Workout room. Pools are free...no extra charge. Streaming TV services available. Bring your log in info.

Awesome visit

Great condo. Very clean and the owner was super easy to work with. We visited for a golf trip and was perfect for our group of four. Several golf courses within minutes of this condo. Will definitely visit again!

Beautiful quiet location, but still close to restaurants.

This was a great place to stay. Spacious, clean, well equipped. Had a wonderful vacation here. Lovely balcony. Recommend the Oyster Rock in Calabash and House's just around the corner, both have amazing food.

Spent the month of February. Enjoyed our stay. Lovely quaint condo, owner is great! Would definitely do again. Convenient to Sunset Beach,Ocean Isle Beach, Little River, and North Myrtle Beach.

Weekend getaway

This was a wonderful weekend get away with my hubby and my parents. This was our third stay in this beautiful condo and it was awesome as always. Looking forward to next summers stay here 😀

My family loves the beach. We live in Western NC. We wanted a place that we could gather together, away from home. To relax, hang out at beach or pool. Have time together. This is us at Kindred Spirit. I have a NC RE license but I am not active in it.

Sunset Beach, is a wonderful quaint area. 'Not to far, not to close' as Phil would say, Just enough to get away.

What makes this property unique

It is home away from home. Enough room for 8, without being on top of one another. 3 TV's, wi-fi if you want to be plugged in. Private deck, where you can watch birds, deer and sometimes an alligator.
