Welcome to this brand new holiday home located in a residential area just 1 km from the town centre of Pont l'Abbé. Benefiting from a central location in the heart of Pays Bigouden, it is 15 minutes by car from the beaches, including the famous La Torche point, well known to surfers. Fully equipped, it can comfortably accommodate up to 6 travellers. You will also enjoy a beautiful outdoor space with a fenced garden, 30 m² terrace and barbecue for your outdoor meals. The accommodation is even classified as a 3-star tourist accommodation.
Enter through the entrance door and discover a large, modern and bright living space, offering direct access to the terrace. The open kitchen, fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and induction hobs), provides you with everything you need to prepare your meals. For breakfast, a kettle, toaster and filter coffee maker are also available. Share your meals around the indoor dining table or, in good weather, prefer the outdoor one. In the evening, gather in the living area, comfortably seated on the sofa facing the television.
The accommodation has 3 sleeping spaces:
Bedroom 1: Queen Size bed (160 x 200 cm) and private bathroom.
Bedroom 2: two single beds (80 x 200 cm) that can be brought together to form a Queen Size bed, as well as a private bathroom.
Living room: double sofa bed (160 x 200 cm).
The two bathrooms, adjacent to the bedrooms, each have a shower and a hairdryer. The toilets are separate for greater comfort.
A washing machine and a tumble dryer are also at your disposal.
You benefit from a private parking space and will be able to store your bicycles safely in the garage.
