Why crowd into a tiny beach rental when you can spread out in over 1000 sf of resort space. The Beach is Open!!! This spacious three-bedroom townhome is available for the weekend or the week all year. It was completely upgraded within the past couple of years including paint, flooring and all new furniture and is refreshed each year. The upper floor has two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a full-size washer/dryer. Master bedroom has a queen memory foam bed with private balcony. 2nd bedroom has two twin bunkbeds. Each bedroom has a tv with cable and internet.

The main floor has a large living room with cable/internet tv and a balcony. There is a dining area for up to 8. The kitchen is fully stocked with refrigerator, microwave, self-cleaning oven and dishwasher. Also on the main floor is a 3rd bedroom with full bed and tv with cable/internet, and a bathroom with shower.

Unit sleeps up to 8 comfortably. Each of the floors has a nice balcony with a view of the ocean and the complex pool. Kitchen is completely outfitted and includes a self cleaning oven, a refrigerator with icemaker, a dishwasher and an over the range microwave. We provide all kitchenware and linens including beach towels, high chair, and board games/coloring books. There is parking for two cars under the unit. Complex has a very nice pool, community grills, a beach volleyball court and is an easy walk to the center of Gulf Shores. Located is across the street from the beach with easy beach access by traffic controlled crosswalk and public beach access.

Great place across from the beach

We lucked out with a last minute booking for our family of four. The pictures online don't do the place justice. It was nicer than we expected. It's not super fancy but very clean and comfortable with newer, comfortable memory foam mattresses. Nice big TV in the living area and good Wi-Fi throughout the house. There is quite a bit of street noise as it's right on the main drag with the Gulf and beach right across the street but we got used to it quickly. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance or a short drive and easy beach access across the street. Owners Bill and Ann were very friendly and accomodating. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great place

This was my second year staying at one of Ann’s properties. She was so great at accommodating my family and was quick at responding with any questions. I highly recommend staying here, you won’t regret it.

Family Vaca

This was a perfect little townhome for our family vacation. The location was in a very convenient spot. My kids aged 3-7 enjoyed the pool, the colors available in the home, and the bunk bed room. The owner was very easy to get ahold of and communicate with also! Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

We absolutely LOVE staying with Bill and Ann !! They are WONDERFUL hosts and people !! We have stayed in both of their Gulf Shores units and will continue to stay with them. There is no other place in Gulf Shores we would rather stay.

Why they chose this property

We bought this unit because of the wonderful location. We love being able to easily walk back and forth between "home" and the beach. And having a pedestrian crosswalk makes the walk safe and easy for our children too!

What makes this property unique

The space this unit offers can't be matched for the price. Why be cramped in a tiny condo when you can spread out comfortably and enjoy relaxing? Since there are only 20 units in the complex, you don't have to fight for space in the pool. The complex offers a beach volleyball court and two grills for visitor use.
