Freshly updated 1 bed/1 bath home in South Sandpoint. Convenient location to Schweitzer Mountain Ski Resort and downtown Sandpoint. Memorial Field and the public boat launch are less than 2 blocks away, i.e. enjoy The Festival at Sandpoint as just a short walk away! Downtown is about a 10-15 minute walk - hosting many activities such as swimming at City Beach or enjoying one of our local brews. Come use this unique little bungalow as your home-base for all Pend Oreille adventure

About the space:
Bluebird Bungalow is a charming craftsman home, split into a side-by-side duplex that's been lovingly refreshed. In 650 square feet the space offers an upstairs main bedroom with one queen bed, while a futon that folds into a full size bed in the downstairs living room offers a secondary sleeping space. The recently refreshed bathroom features subway tile, modern fixtures, complementary shampoo/conditioner/body-wash, a hair dryer, and plenty of storage for your own toiletries. The kitchen has new subway tile and beautiful oak cabinets - it is fully stocked with anything you might need to cook meals including things such as oil, pans, utensils, a microwave, coffee pot + complimentary coffee, and much more. Please note, the owners of this duplex live on site year-round and look forward to meeting guests!

Access to the unit is through the front door located on a covered front porch that is shared with the owners. There are parking spaces available on the street and property, for further instructions please message the host.

We (Amanda & Nick) live on-site year-round with our two pups, Mazama and Packwood. The duplex shares the front porch, backyard and laundry room between the two units - for this reason guests are asked to not use the back laundry room or backyard unless requested to the hosts. We are happy to accommodate guests' needs but require notice of use in advance.

My stay was good. This location was perfect to do some walking on quiet neighborhood streets and I was able to get down to the downtown area where the shops and restaurants were within minutes. I had the basics to prepare and cook my meals. I loved it!

Charming!

This was the perfect property for attending Festval at Sandpoint, only 1.5 blocks away from the concert! The unit was tastefully decorated, so clean. We loved our time here and will definitely return!

Cute Place. Enjoyable stay.

The bungalow was well cleaned and decently appointed. As an ex-local who was in town to see family, the location was perfect as a central location to base out of and see all of my people. Despite having family of their own in town at the time, the owners remained in contact for our needs but otherwise out of the way allowing us to enjoy our stay at our leisure. The only warning i do have, is to be wary on the stairs if you are on the taller side. I may have bumped my head a couple times despite clear caution markings. Overall however, definitely happy with our stay on a property that also got positive reviews from family members who dropped in to say hi.
