The recreational cottage settlement that houses this vacation home is located just 150 meters from the sea at Löderup lido.
In the house you can expect 4 rooms and a kitchen on about 70 m². The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, fridge / freezer and TV. You sleep in three bedrooms with resp. single bed, double bed and bunk bed. There is also a washing machine.
Outside you can spend nice hours on the covered terrace with garden furniture. Pets are not allowed. For entertainment on days with bad weather there is internet via fiber optics (100 Mbit).
Distances: Neighbor 25 m, shopping 5 km, sea 150 m, restaurant 400 m, Löderup 5 km, Ystad 25 km.
