Discover this 43 m² apartment located on the first floor of a building without a lift in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez, offering a magnificent view of the ocean. Just a few minutes' walk from the beaches and restaurants, it provides an ideal setting for family or friends' holidays, in the heart of the Vendée coast.



Upon your arrival, you will discover a bright and friendly living space. The lounge, consisting of a sofa and a television, will be perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploration. Just next door, a second lounge area opens through a large bay window and almost resembles a conservatory surrounded by its wide windows with an ocean view. This space has a garden lounge with two benches, perfect for an aperitif facing the sea. The dining area, on the other side of the room, has a table that can accommodate up to 6 people. The American kitchen, with induction, is fully equipped: refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything necessary to cook during your stay.



On the night side, the apartment has 2 bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190)

Bedroom 2: a double sofa bed (140x190) and a single bed (80x190) in the mezzanine



A bathroom with a bath and a separate toilet complete the accommodation.



A private parking space is available to you at the bottom of the building and you will also have the possibility of storing at least 5 bicycles in the property's cellar.
