PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Located on the first floor (no lift but 6 steps only), the apartment opens onto an entrance hall distributing the various spaces.
The main living area comprises a lounge and dining space, both benefiting from access to the south-facing terrace, ideal for a morning coffee.
The kitchen is separate and equipped with the essentials for everyday cooking. (Please note that it does not include a dishwasher.)
The sleeping area features two bedrooms positioned on either side of the apartment.
The main bedroom is furnished with a double bed (140x200 cm), a wardrobe, and direct access to the terrace.
The second bedroom also offers a double bed (140x190 cm) and a wardrobe.
A shower room completes the night area.
A separate WC is located near the entrance.
There is no washing machine in the apartment; however, a laundrette is conveniently located at the foot of the building, making longer stays more practical.

From Nice Airport: approx. 30 minutes by car via the A8 motorway
From Cannes Train Station: 10 minutes by car or about 35 minutes on foot
