Leuk huisje met wel een paar aandachtspunten.

Om het huisje te bereiken moet je eerst enkele treden op om bij de voordeur te komen en als je Ă©Ă©n keer binnen bent moet je weer zo'n 16 treden naar beneden om in het huisje te komen. Dit is voor mensen slecht ter been of in een rolstoel niet te doen.. Dit wordt niet vermeld in de advertentie. De keuken is dik in orde, de zitbank is geen feest om op te zitten, de badkamer was dik in orde. De bedden zijn aan de smalle kant en de woonkamer is erg warm en de rest van het huisje is koud en vochtig. Bij aankomst weer in huis bleek dat de kleding die in de kast lag klam was geworden. De medicatie van mij was slof geworden. De verhuurster de gehele tijd niet gezien of gehoord.

Kempten ist eine Empfehlung

Sehr schöne Wohnung im Souterrain. Wir hatten einen Hund mit, den wir nicht im Garten alleine lassen konnten,da eine Rasenflaeche fehlte. Aber es gibt genĂŒgend Auslauf im der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Sehr gute Lage. ,

Alles war wunderbar

Die Wohnung war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es war alles notwendige da und der Kontakt zur Vermieterin sehr freundlich. Lebensmittelladen und BĂ€cker waren fußlĂ€ufig erreichbar. Souterrain-Wohnung zum WohlfĂŒhlen

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal in dieser Wohnung, da es uns so gut gefallen hat. Letzten Sommer war das Wetter deutlich besser (sehr viel Sonne) und diesmal viel Regen. Trotzdem kann man sich auch mit 6 Personen in der Wohnung wohl fĂŒhlen. Liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Sehr gut ausgestattete KĂŒche. Wir haben nur eine Auflaufform vermisst und der Nudeltopf braucht sehr lange, bis das Wasser kocht. Das ist aber verschmerzbar! Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zuverlĂ€ssig! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Herrlicher Aufenthalt

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt! Die Fewo liegt schön ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse. Sie ist hell, sauber, weitlĂ€ufig und modern ausgestattet. Besonders angenehm waren die Regendusche und fĂŒr uns, die wir zuhause nur einen Balkon haben, die Terrasse 😊. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Wegscheider verlief bestens – sowohl vor der Reise als auch zu Beginn unseres Aufenthaltes. Der Check-In war problemlos. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder. Ein Hinweis, falls man einen Herdenschutz- oder HĂŒtehund hat, der mitreisen soll: Über der Fewo wohnt eine Familie mit kleineren Kindern

Schöne, moderne Wohnung in guter Lage

Wir waren als Familie (2 Erw., 2 Kinder (5 u. 8)) in dieser sauberen, modern eingerichteten Wohnung mehr als zufrieden. Ein beim Einzug entdeckter Defekt der SpĂŒle wurde noch am gleichen Tag behoben, somit 5 Sterne fĂŒr Wohnung und die freundliche Vermieterin! Wir kommen gerne wieder, vielen Dank!

Auch wenn es nicht kalt war, war es sehr schön

Die Ferienwohnung liegt oberhalb von Kempten. Gleich um die Ecke ein BĂ€cker und eine schöne Hunderunde. Von der Ferienwohnung geht man 20 Minuten in die Altstadt. Es ist völlig okay. Viele Wanderwege sind im Ort oder man fĂ€hrt Sternenförmig im AllgĂ€u rum. Alles schnell erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt. Zur Ausstattung gehören keine SektglĂ€ser, SchnapsglĂ€ser und Teekanne. Wer so etwas braucht muss es selber mitbringen. Da es aber son Einkaufsmarkt um die Ecke gab, haben wir uns dies nach gekauft. Das war kein Problem. Die Vermieterin hat uns freundlicher Weise SektglĂ€ser fĂŒr Silvester vorbei gebracht. Auch einen Tannenbaum hatten wir. DafĂŒr Danke .

Eine wunderschöne, mit viel Liebe eingerichtete Wohnung mit 2 Terrassen. Wir haben uns so wohl gefĂŒhlt. Zum Zentrum ist es eine halbe Stunde Fußweg, aber das störte uns nicht. Die Illner fließt in der NĂ€he und man kann wunderbar an ihr spazieren gehen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung sowohl in der KĂŒche als auch im Bad ist perfekt! Sogar Tee und Kaffee, KĂŒchenpapier, GewĂŒrze uvm sind vorhanden! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Herzlichen Dank an die freundliche Vermieterin!

Tolle, sehr saubere Unterkunft, sehr netter Kontakt!

Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einer Sackgasse. Die Stadt ist zu Fuß in ca. 30 Min. erreichbar. Die Ausstattung ist super. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und wohnlich. Ein Vorteil ist die Garage zum Abstellen von FahrrĂ€dern usw. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt - danke!

Schöner Aufenthalt

Es ist eine sehr schöne, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Die Zimmer sind großzĂŒgig geschnitten, liebevoll eingerichtet und obwohl man zunĂ€chst die Treppe in Richtung Keller tritt durch die Hanglage wunderbar hell und licht. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr und BettwĂ€sche inkl zusĂ€tzlicher Decken sehr großzĂŒgig, nur die HandtĂŒcher könnten erneuert werden:-). Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin wg Corona zwar nicht persönlich, aber sehr gut organisiert. Alles in allem ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Tolle Wohnung!!!!

Wohnung ist wirklich sehr schön. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. Kontakt mit der Vermieterin sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Einkaufsmarkt zu Fuss zu erreichen. In die Innenstadt sind wir mit dem auto gefahren. Tolle Restaurants zum essen gibt es in kempten. Auch die skigebiete in oberstdorf oder kleinwalsertal sind in ca. 45 min zu erreichen. Wir kommen bestimmt nochmal wieder.
