Very Nice

Martin is a nice host and communicates promptly. The apartment is on the ground floor and well appointed including a shopping cart and bicycle. The location is quiet, close to tram, groceries and the train station. I wouldn’t change a thing,

Gute Verkehrsanbindung in 300 m Fussweg. FW liegt ruhig. Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Sogar eine Waschmaschine und zwei Fahrräder gehören zur Ausstattung. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und geben Insidertipps. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Oase in einer Millionenstadt

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit ausreichend Ruhe und allen Dingen, die man für einen Städteurlaub braucht. Praktisch und nett eingerichtet, die Terrasse eine willkommene Möglichkeit, sich von der Hektik einer Großstadttour zu erholen.Hervorragende Verkehrsverbindung, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und mit der Tatsache, dass kein Platz zum Parken des PKW zur Verfügung steht, kommt man gut klar, wenn man den P und R Leopoldau nutzt. Das Auto braucht man sowieso nicht...Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Eine Woche Wien

Die Innenstadt war aufgrund der Infrastruktur gut zu erreichen. Die Fahrräder haben wir wegen der hohen Temperaturen leider kaum genutzt. Leider haben sich die Zimmer auch aufgeheizt. Die Wohnung war mit allem ausgestattet was man brauchte.

Gemütliche Wohnung mit guter Anbindung

Besonders gefallen hat uns der Gartenzugang und Sitzplatz im Freien. Die Wohnung liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse, dadurch recht ruhig, trotzdem in 30 Minuten mit Öffis im Zentrum. Als besonderer Service gehören zwei Räder zur Wohnung, die wir gern und viel genutzt haben. Damit wären wir auch in 30 Minuten in der Stadtmitte.

Ich hatte kürzlich das Vergnügen, in einer fantastischen Wohnung in der Bessermerstraße 38 in Wien zu wohnen, und ich hätte mir keine bessere Erfahrung wünschen können. Zuallererst war die Anbindung der Wohnung hervorragend. Die Wohnung hat eine erstklassige Lage und war unglaublich gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen, sodass ich die Stadt bequem erkunden konnte. Ob ich historische Sehenswürdigkeiten, trendige Cafés oder lebhafte Märkte besuchen wollte, alles war nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Darüber hinaus waren die Gastgeber der Wohnung unglaublich herzlich und zuvorkommend. Vom Moment meiner Ankunft an gaben sie mir das Gefühl, zu Hause zu sein, und gaben mir hilfreiche Tipps und Empfehlungen, um meinen Aufenthalt in Wien zu verschönern. Ihre Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft machten wirklich den Unterschied und machten aus einem großartigen Aufenthalt ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Die Wohnung selbst war gut ausgestattet und komfortabel und bot alles, was ich für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt brauchte. Sauber, geräumig und mit modernen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, war sie der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für meine Abenteuer in Wien. Insgesamt kann ich diese Wohnung jedem, der Wien besucht, wärmstens empfehlen. Oase in einer Großstadt

Wir hatten 6 schöne Tage in einem kleinen Apartment mit Küche/Wohnbereich, Schlafzimmer und Bad, alles relativ neu, sauber und gepflegt. Der freundliche Vermieter verleiht Fahrräder. Bei schönem Wetter kann man sich auch in den Garten oder auf die Terrasse setzen.

Freundliche und ruhige Ferienwohnung in Wien

Gemütlicher Rückzugsort nach Sightseeing. Alle Topziele in Wien mit ÖPNV bestens erreichbar (U1 fährt zum Prater, Stephansplatz, Karlsplatz, HBF, . . .). Wohnung liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse, absolut ruhig, kein Autoverkehr, Balsam nach der vollen Stadt. Und ein breites Bett 180 x 200. Dringend zu empfehlen! Vollausgestattete Küche und auch Waschmaschine vorhanden.

Ruhige Tage in Wien

Die Wohnung ist OK. Schöne Lage in der Großstadt Wien. Die Kommunikation mit FeWo ist allerdings mehr als schlecht. In der Email von FeWo steht nämlich: Es sind genügend Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Parken ist kostenlos There are enough parking spaces available. Parking is free Das ist aber nicht der Fall. Parken ist nicht kostenlos. Beschwerde bei FeWo wird einfach ignoriert.
