It can accommodate 2 to 3 people. A children's high chair and a children's bed can be booked free of charge (please pre-register). Bed linen and towels can be rented for 12.00 euros. The apartment is centrally located.

The Villa Medici was built around the turn of the century in the style of the bath architecture. In 2006, the house was put under monument protection, renovated and the Jugendstil elements restored with great attention to detail. The Villa Medici is located in the immediate vicinity of the 5-star Hotel Ahlbecker Hof in a small side street of the beach promenade, about 70 meters from the promenade, the beach and just a few steps from the famous pier.
