If you are looking for a brand new rental with tons of room to stretch out, Sunscape is ready for you! This rental is full of comfy couches, games for the kids, 4 king-sized master suites, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could want! With a dining table that can seat 16, and additional bar seating for 4, your group will enjoy making memories around the table after a long day exploring all that Desert Color has to offer! While your rooftop deck with a private hot tub and TV will hold your attention for a time, be sure to leave time to saunter over to The Shores Resort for a little more fun!

Your key fob will also grant you access to the Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area located on the corner of Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street. This is a gated area that a limited number of properties will have access to. The spa hours are 10 am to 10 pm.

At roughly 2.5 acres of surface area and sandy beaches, The Shores Resort Lagoon is the largest private body of water in the St. George area. The lagoon is the perfect place to swim, kayak, paddleboard, and much more! Recreation equipment can be rented on-site, as well as golf carts and cabanas. Two gorgeous resort pools, oversized hot tubs, ample shaded seating, and 10-foot fire tables are just the beginning of the offerings at The Shores Resort. The Desert Color community hosts fun activities throughout the year—like rooftop yoga, kid’s crafts, food truck nights, and even dive-in movies on the big screen at the pool or lagoon. These events are offered on a rotating basis, so be sure to check the Desert Color event calendar for the latest schedule during your stay!
