Magnificent 50m² duplex apartment with a beautiful "Tropezienne" terrace! Ideally located in the heart of Belgentier, a Provençal village perfect for strolling through its narrow streets, come and visit its majestic sequoia tree near the apartment... its verdant park... Several free parking spaces are located near the apartment. This 50m² apartment, completely renovated by us, has all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay and can accommodate up to five people. It is a duplex with a lovely, bright, and sunny Tropezienne terrace. It consists of a main room with an open-plan kitchen/living area, a sofa bed, and a daybed that sleeps three. Sleeps 1, 10 people, one upstairs bedroom with a brand new, high-end king-size bed (160x200), bathroom with a beautiful shower and toilet. Ideally located between the sea and the mountains, there's something for everyone ☺️ Hiking enthusiasts will be thrilled with the numerous trails starting from the village centre… those who prefer to bask in the sun won't be disappointed either, with our lovely beaches just 25 minutes from the accommodation 😃 Also, the upper Var region and its Verdon Gorges are easily accessible, as well as many other places to visit… Le Lavandou, Bormes-les-Mimosas, Antibes, Cannes, Saint-Tropez, our fantastic Circuit Paul Ricard at Le Castellet, and much more 😉 It is equipped with Wi-Fi and a smart TV to watch your favourite series 😃

Very clean and well-maintained apartment. Mattress protectors and blankets are cleaned between each rental, and a thorough cleaning is performed in addition to your own…😉

⚠️ Please note:
The accommodation is rented without linens, and therefore at an attractive price considering its comfort and the fact that it is brand new ☺️.
However, you have two options:
• Either you bring your own linens, and the price remains the same.
• Or you opt for the comfort package, and all you have to do is unpack your suitcases…. 😉: €15/person/stay extra.

- towels
- bath mat
- shower gel, shampoo
- toilet paper
- tea towel
- new sponge
- a few coffee or hot chocolate capsules
- oil, vinegar, salt, sugar
