Welcome to our Bay Haven Breeze where you can bask in the beautiful Gulf Coast when you and up to 6 family and friends vacation at Indian Shores/Indian Rocks Beach, Florida. This house is newly renovated that offers upgraded modern amenities. Within 3 minutes drive from your doorstep, you can be dodging gentle waves and wiggling your toes in silky sugar-white Gulf sands.

Please note: that the minimum age requirement to book this property is 25 years old. Our maximum capacity is 7 people. We do have available 3 parking spaces. Our State license number for short term rental is DWE6218039. Our County certificate number is STR25-00043. You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Very nice home! Loved staying here for our weekend get away! Really enjoyed going out back and seeing the rabbit daily as well. It was so cute. Very clean and the host was very quick with any responses needed.

This house was absolutely perfect for my family of 5 to stay on vacation! It was clean, comfortable, peaceful and full of great amenities! The host was very responsive and friendly. After being at the beach or just out all day, I looked forward to coming back here for some quiet time. I truly felt like I was at “home” while here. Thank you for a memorable vacation!

We will reevaluate the beds in a few months and will make necessary changes. Also, we mentioned that it was noisy. We are not sure if you meant the neighborhood was noisy. We've never had this issue before so maybe it was a one time activity that was going on nearby. Thank you again for your high rating despite these minor things that you mentioned.

Exceptionally clean large house it a convent location was a great stay for our family if 4, parents and adult kids (21 & 23). Host was very quick to reply to any message we left. Would recommend.
