Billy's cottage in Germantown was absolutely lovely! My welcome was very warm and cozy. Billy's communication before and during my stay was excellent. He was very professional, helpful and friendly. The location was perfect and easily accessible to local restaurants, shops and events. The area was very picturesque and filled with history. I thoroughly enjoyed eating in the outdoor kitchen every morning and sitting out on the deck area in the evenings. The cottage is in a very peaceful and serene setting. Lots of privacy and room for parking. I highly recommend Billy's cottage in Germantown for a delightful stay and hope to come back soon!

Wonderful stay!

Was in town for a wedding and this property was perfect. Close to the venue and reception, close drive (20min-ish) to grocery stores, and the owner was a phenomenal host. Highly recommend.

Our stay was wonderful! Loblolly Cottage is very cute, impeccably clean, private and comfortable. It has it's own driveway and parking. Everything is ready for you. We were there on a rainy weekend but the outdoor seating is beautiful and wish we could have used it. The host met us at the beginning and left us alone the rest of the time. Loblolly Cottage is highly recommended!

This is a beautiful, cozy, and comfortable cottage. The attention to design detail, stained glass windows in the peaks, lantern wall lights, and barn wood beams, makes this a special place. We were there on a cold and rainy weekend and it was a perfect place to just relax.

Coffee mugs, clean plates, and silverware were great. The brita water jug was even better. Comfortable pillows and dishTV. We didn’t spend much time inside but when we did it felt like a home away from home. Thank you, Mr. Kimmel!

Incredible cottage, incredible host, incredible area

This was such a wonderful trip. The cottage is spacious and comfortable. The outdoor area around the cottage is so great as well. My wife and I spent some time relaxing on the hammock and the swing chair. Billy is a great host and gave us information about all the nearby things to do, see and eat. The location is great also, 20 - 25 minutes away from Hudson, Saugerties, Rhinebeck, and Kingston, which we went to for shopping and dining.

Cozy cottage off the beaten path

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy location. Loblolly Cottage is a small space appropriate for no more than two, but has everything you may need through a smart, clean, and efficient design. The deck is a particular highlight. The host provided us with lots of guidance about the area, and was very friendly and responsive. We would definitely go back.
