Ideal for large families or groups of friends, the Gîte du Coos is located on the village's heights, in a traditional detached house that has been completely renovated. The view of the Pyrenees mountain range is breathtaking. The 180 m² terrace, secured and partially covered by the lean-to of the former barn, allows for al fresco dining while enjoying the panoramic views. Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer). Living room (wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV, internet access). Utility room (washing machine). 2 bedrooms (2 double beds). Shower room accessible to people with reduced mobility (walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet). Separate toilet with washbasin. First floor: landing converted into a small lounge (library). 1 master suite with 1 double bed and en-suite shower room (2 washbasins, shower, toilet). Two additional bedrooms (one double bed, two single beds). Bathroom, toilet. All beds are made upon arrival; no need to bring linens, towels are available for rent upon request. Pet supplement: €5 per day per pet. Underfloor heating on the ground floor (heat pump), reversible air conditioning/heating available at an additional cost + firewood provided on site at an additional cost (based on €60 per stere). Terrace, grounds, garden furniture, barbecue, pétanque court, games room with foosball and billiards, courtyard, and parking. Bicycles available. No parties or events. Minimum stay of 3 nights and upon request. The Coos cottage offers charm and tradition, comfort and modernity, superb view of the Pyrenees chain.
