A large barbecue is also available for summer evenings.

The property is located on a very quiet small lane with very little traffic.
A pétanque court is nearby.

Parking :
Parking for 1 to 2 cars is possible in front of the house, depending on vehicle size.
Additional parking spaces are also available along the lane.

The villa enjoys a prime location for discovering Bastia and Cap Corse.
A small beach is accessible within a 5-minute walk from the house. Grigione Beach is also just a few minutes away. This small pebble beach, very popular in summer, is located about 3 km north of Bastia on the Cap Corse road and offers a snack bar and seasonal water activities.

Bastia’s city centre and harbour are only a few kilometres away, with San-Martino-di-Lota located approximately 5 km from Bastia.
You will also find restaurants, beach bars, and small shops just a few minutes from the property or along the Cap Corse road.

Nature lovers can enjoy numerous hiking trails around San-Martino-di-Lota, offering walks through forests, maquis scrubland, and sea-view paths.
