Outside, you will enjoy a enclosed garden with an unobstructed view, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. The garden furniture will allow you to share friendly moments outdoors and a plancha is at your disposal to prepare delicious summer meals. The house also has a balcony accessible from one of the bedrooms upstairs.



Inside, the entrance leads directly into a warm and functional living space. The lounge area, fitted with a comfortable corner sofa and a television, invites relaxation. Just next to it, the dining room has a table that can accommodate 4 people to share your meals. The open-plan, modern and practical kitchen is fully equipped: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle and everything necessary to cook just like at home.



At night, you will have 2 bedrooms upstairs:

Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190) with access to a balcony

Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x190)



A bathroom with a shower and toilet is also available upstairs. A second independent toilet is located on the ground floor for added convenience.



A parking space is available on the plot, just in front of the house.
