Able to accommodate up to 7 people, it offers a comfortable and warm setting with a view of the garden, ideal for fully enjoying the Vendée coast.



Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant enclosed garden shaded by a superb pine tree, perfect for outdoor relaxation moments. A beautiful 35 m² terrace fitted with garden furniture and an electric plancha will allow you to share delicious meals and enjoy sunny days.



Inside, upon entering the house, you will discover a welcoming and bright living space. The living room consists of a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a television, and a decorative stove that brings a warm touch to the whole. Nearby, the dining area has a large table that can accommodate up to 7 people to share convivial moments. The open, modern, and functional American kitchen is fully equipped: induction hobs, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and everything necessary to cook just like at home.



At night, the house has 2 bedrooms and a mezzanine:
