The TRIKORFO houses are situated on a beautiful, gently sloping hillside on a large lawn and garden property close to the sea, above the fine sandy Trikorfo bay on the western coast of the peninsula Sithonia.

Gnarled olive trees, tall palm and pine trees between the houses shade the area in hot summer days. The arrangement of the houses, either 2 or 3 next to each other, well separated, creates the impression of a small village. The complex is separated into two residential areas, one near the beach and the other approx. 350 meters from the beach on a small hill above the coast road. The lower part of the property is accessible via road underpass.

Tastefully and comfortably furnished junior sea side maisonette, bathroom renovated in 2015 and complete renewal of the furniture in 2016. On the ground floor of the house there is the living/dining room with adjacent kitchen area and direct access to a covered terrace and the garden. 2 bedrooms and bathroom are on the upper floor. The property has 2 basketball courts and 2 playgrounds. There is a Greek tavern just above the beach. The gently sloping beach is between 70 meters away and can be reached via stairs or a ramp. Parasols and sunbeds are available at the beach for a fee. The owners are in charge of assigning the different houses. Laundry service is available for a fee. Child care can be arranged on request at extra cost. The tavern at the beach within the facility is open until 1st of October.
