Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in diesem Haus mit viel Flair. Der Aufenthaltsraum ist sehr geschmackvoll, die KĆ¼che hervorragend ausgestattet, die Betten bequem, die Schlafzimmer unglaublich ruhig. Morgens auf dem Balkon zu frĆ¼hstĆ¼cken war ein optimaler Start in den Tag. Von Nikiti lassen sich prima Unternehmungen auf Sithonia machen. Wenn wir nochmal dort Urlaub machen, auf alle FƤlle wieder in diesem Ferienhaus. Ein Hinweis: FĆ¼r kleinere Kinder im Krabbelalter nicht geeignet.

Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage und unheimlich viel Charme. Es ist total geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man im Urlaub braucht. Uns hat vor allem der Balkon mit der phantastischen Aussicht gefallen, auf dem wir viele Stunden verbracht haben. In der NƤhe gibt es tolle Restaurants und viele schƶne StrƤnde. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und alles hat wunderbar geklappt.Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

Im alten Stadtkern von Nikiti fuƟlƤufig alles zu erreichen, was man sich wĆ¼nscht: kleine BƤckerei, Metzgerei, Fischladen, Supermarkt, Restaurants & Tavernen, CafĆ© & Bars und freitags ein beindruckender groƟer Wochenmarkt. Das Auto braucht man, um zu den schƶnen Buchten und StrƤnden zu kommen, eine Bushaltestelle ist fuƟlƤufig gut zu erreichen (5 Minuten). Im Haus ist eine tolle & vollumfƤngliche Ausstattung und sollte man eine technische Frage haben, ist der Hausmeister umgehend parat. Gerne wieder!

Sommerurlaub in Nikiti

Wir haben ein wunderschƶnes restauriertes Haus in Alt-Nikiti vorgefunden und haben die Zeit dort, etwas weg vom Trubel, sehr genossen. Ein Mietwagen ist ratsam, den wir auch genutzt haben, um Sithonia zu erkunden. Wir kƶnnen das Haus nur weiterempfehlen.

Ein Traum

Der Aufenthalt in diesem wunderbaren Haus ist wohl nicht zu toppen. Hier stimmte einfach alles. Tolle Einrichtung, wunderbare Beleuchtungsmƶglichkeiten, die KĆ¼che ist perfekt mit allem drum und dran. Selbst die vielen Messer sind scharf! Rundum ist alles qualitativ hochwertig! Balkon und Garten haben wir gerne genutzt. Sehr nette deutschsprechende Nachbarin. Und den Hund, der anfangs nachts bellte, haben wir uns erzogen, er schlƤft jetzt nachts :) Schƶn, dass wir zu Gast sein durften.

Ein wunderbares Haus

Wir waren als Familie Ć¼ber Ostern 2024 in diesem Haus. Es ist sehr schƶn und mit viel Liebe zum Detail restauriert. Die Lage im "alten Bereich" ist ruhig und ansprechend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt. Im unteren Teil des Hauses sind die beiden Schlafzimmer (gute Matratzen) und das Bad. Im ObergeschoƟ ist ein groƟer und hoher Raum mit gut ausgestatteter KĆ¼che, einem groƟen Tisch, einem groƟen Sofa mit hoher Decke und NatursteinwƤnden. Balkon: Das Meer ist zwar entfernt - aber aufgrund der leichten Hƶhenlage ist der Blick aufs Meer wunderschƶn. Wir hatten bei unserem Aufenthalt keine heiƟen Temperaturen. Aber wir kƶnnen uns vorstellen, daƟ im Sommer die Klimaanlagen sehr hilfreich sind. Wir haben in den ersten Tagen eher mit der Klimaanlage und dem offenen Kamin geheizt. Sehr ungewƶhnlich und angenehm, daƟ ein Fernseher mit Streaming und einer Soundbar zur VerfĆ¼gung stand. Wir haben hƤufig und mit Freude gekocht. Die KĆ¼che gibt es wirklich von der Ausstattung her. GenĆ¼gend Platz im KĆ¼hl/Gefrierschrank. In ca. 20 min ist man gemĆ¼tlich ans Meer gelaufen. Auf halben Wege haben wir an der HauptstraƟe gute Restaurants gefunden (z.B. "The Kitchen" regionale KĆ¼che einfach / "Domestik" hochwertig). Ein Auto ist geboten, wenn man das Umland und ein paar schƶne StrƤnde aufsuchen will. WestkĆ¼ste sĆ¼dlich "Kalogria Beach" (10 min Fahrt), OstkĆ¼ste "Paradise Kavourotripes Beach" (45 min Fahrt). Wir mƶchten die Vermieter und dieses Haus uneingeschrƤnkt empfehlen.

Wunderbare Auszeit

Wir hatten eine groƟartige Zeit in Nikiti, ein wunderschƶnes Haus, perfekt eingerichtet, urgemĆ¼tlich, ein "FrĆ¼hstĆ¼cksbalkon" mit viel Sonne und phantastischem Ausblick. Ɯberall ganz viel Freundlichkeit und eine perfekte Betreuung. Wir bedanken uns herzlich! Und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wer nur Baden und Ausruhen will, ist hier perfekt aufgehoben.

Super gerƤumiges und frisch renoviertes Ferienhaus mit Meerblick. Mit dem Auto hat man schnellen Zugang zu den unzƤhligen Badebuchten auf Sithonia. Im Ort gibt es einen Lidl, der die Versorgung sicherstellt. Der Ort selbst wird von Katzen beherrscht .... Urbane SehenswĆ¼rdigkeiten gibt es aber keine.
