The finca and property were amazing, we had such a relaxing stay! The immediate area doesn’t have too much to do, but we knew that in advance. We did a great wine tasting nearby and had a car to get around otherwise. It was exactly what we were looking for! Thank you, Mechtilde!

Best VRBO experience yet

I highly recommend this property. It is very beautiful, better even than the photos, in a peaceful, serene setting that we did not want to leave. Mechthild is the ultimate host. Everything in the house is new, very clean, well stocked, documented and she is an amazing communicator (Whatsapp makes life easy!) Very comfortable beds and linens, hot water immediately with good pressure, water that tastes good, fresh lemons from the trees in the yard. Modern appliances (no dryer, but easy to dry on a rack outside).This location is very close to Inca where there is Aldi and Lidl and cafes. It's an easy drive into Palma. The country roads around the area are bumpy so a small SUV is a good idea.

Die Finca ist sehr schön, räumlich großzügig und entspricht in allen Punkten der Beschreibung. Sie eignet sich perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für Besuche der vielen Bodegas in der Region. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur verlief absolut reibungslos und war sehr hilfreich.

Wundervolles Haus in sehr schöner Umgebung

Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit in diesem wundervollen Haus. Das Haus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand und sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Highlight ist aber der Außenbereich mit Pool und toller Beleuchtung. Man kann den gesamten Tag draußen verbringen, die Ruhe genießen und abschalten. Mit dem Grillplatz und dem beleuchteten Essensplatz wird jeder Abend zu einem Erlebnis. Mechthild ist eine tolle Gastgeberin! Wir kommen gerne wieder

Schöne Finca.

Sehr schöne Finca,Einrichtung mit Liebe zum Detail. Der Pool wäre sauberer mit einer Pumpe. Haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt.

Attraktive Unterkunft mit angemessenem Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

Très jolie maison à la campagne avec énorme jardin

Cette maison est très bien située pour visiter facilement le reste de l'île. Elle est très grande, joliment décorée, très bien équipée et possède un très grand terrain. Madame Suttmeyer est très serviable et à l'écoute. Elle nous a même guidés le jour de notre arrivée très tard le soir car nous avions du mal à trouver notre chemin. Je recommande cette maison.

Bel endroit au calme au centre de l'ile

Traumhaftes Feriendomizil in ländlicher, absolut ruhiger und doch zentraler Lage

Das Grundstück liegt in ländlicher Umgebung etwas abseits von Binnissalem und Inka. Beide Orte sind in weniger als 10 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen und bieten vielfältige Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage sind mit dem Auto zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten erreichbar. Das Haus liegt auf einem großen Grundstück, inmitten von Organgen, Zitronen und Olivenbäumen, unmittelbare Nachbarn haben wir außer ein paar Ziegen keine bemerkt. Garten und Terrasse laden zum Verweilen ein. Das Haus ist renoviert mit einer gut ausgestatteten Küche, schönen Bädern und einem Kamin für gemütliche Abende. Die Betreuung durch Frau Suttmeyer war sehr freundlich, angenehm, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit. Für ein spontanes Längerbleiben aufgrund einer Verlegung des Rückfluges sind wir sehr dankbar.
