Welcome to Summer Wind in the beautiful Murrells Inlet! This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo is located across the street from the beach with easy access to the Garden City pier, restaurants, and more! There is a shared pool located on the bottom floor surrounded by a white fence. The unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen, sofa sleeper, washer/dryer, cable, and wifi. Long term monthly stays during the Winter months only are welcome and weekly discounted stays are encouraged throughout the year.

Garden Sands is a well maintained building that will allow you to enjoy a relaxing vacation.The unit is located on the 3rd floor and has central air conditioning. The balcony is perfect for sipping on your morning coffee, reading a book or just enjoying the unparalleled views of the Atlantic ocean. The entire condo is yours while you stay. Please treat it like your own.

One parking space is allowed per renter. Please ensure a parking pass is displayed at all times as towing is strongly enforced without one. Parking passes are located inside the unit to use during your stay and must be put back prior to leaving. There is a camera located outside the doorway and keyless entry for added safety.
