2024-2025 Snowbird Rental Available!! Welcome to Summer Wind in the beautiful Murrells Inlet! This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo is located across the street from the beach with easy access to the Garden City pier, restaurants, and more! There is a shared pool located on the bottom floor surrounded by a white fence. The unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen, sofa sleeper, washer/dryer, cable, and wifi. Long term monthly stays during the Winter months only are welcome and weekly discounted stays are encouraged throughout the year.

Garden Sands is a well maintained building that will allow you to enjoy a relaxing vacation.The unit is located on the 3rd floor and has central air conditioning. The balcony is perfect for sipping on your morning coffee, reading a book or just enjoying the unparalleled views of the Atlantic ocean. The entire condo is yours while you stay. Please treat it like your own.

One parking space is allowed per renter. Please ensure a parking pass is displayed at all times as towing is strongly enforced without one. Parking passes are located inside the unit to use during your stay and must be put back prior to leaving. There is a camera located outside the doorway and keyless entry for added safety.

Perfect location

Steps to the beach and close to other beautiful areas like Murrels inlet. Myrtle Beach is only 15-20 minutes away also. Condo was perfect for our family of 5! Would definitely stay again!

Great spot!

This is a great place to stay for the beach! A quick walk across the street to the beach and a pool on the property! The rooms were perfect for our family and the condo is in great condition! Highly recommend.

we love it there it was very nice place. when we got there and check in there was sand all over the floor there and we sweeped it up and clean the floor. and when we went in the bathroom there is poop on the shower curtain pleased washed it but over all it was vert nice there. need to do improvement on the stairs i had a family member had trouble climbing the steps it need a small elevator there for edlerly people . very good place i will be back there for sure

Beautiful condo in a great location!

This spot is perfect for a small family of 3 or 4. The condo is beautiful and was spotless upon arrival. The location was perfect! We loved being right across the street from the public beach access and being close to the pier! From booking, to check-in, to check-out, our host made the entire process seamless. She even brought by a new parking pass on the day we arrived when we realized the previous pass was missing. The parking area under the building was a bit tight for our large vehicle, but there was ample parking along the side. Just a side note, there are no elevators on the property, so be ready for a lot of stairs. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely keep this property in mind for future trips!

Property Needs Some Loving

Little things add up,,,like not having a working outlet in the bathroom (the outlet can’t even be plugged into, so no electric razor, hair dryers etc can be used. The frame around the entry door and the weather stripping are loose and wind whistles through. The chain lock is useless because of the loose door frame. The ice maker in the fridge doesn’t work. The bedside tables are so high that I couldn’t reach the top to put my phone or glasses on when going to bed. One bedroom has no closet for hanging clothes. One bathroom door doesn’t completely shut so lack of real privacy. We gave up trying to get the TV to work—some instructions would help.
