The Bergisches Land combines a wide green landscape but still centrally located, and invites for hiking, mountain biking or motorcycling uvm.
The apartment is located in a 2 family house, has a total of 74 square meters spread over 3 rooms kitchen, hallway, bathroom.
It is fully equipped with all kitchen appliances incl. Dishes.
In the bedroom 1 is a 1,80x200m bed, a chest of drawers and a closet.
In the bedroom 2 a 140x200m bed & another sleeping possibility on request.
In the living room there is a comfortable couch as well as a USB stereo system and a SAT flat screen TV.
The bathroom is equipped with bathtub, shower facility and a Speigelschrank.
Parking directly in the yard
On foot, grocery stores such as (Lidl, Rewe, gas station, pharmacy and various restaurants can be reached.
In 10 minutes you can reach the nearby bus stop from where you are within 10 minutes at the S-Bahn station and in another 10 minutes in Essen City / Dusseldorf City (20 minutes).
Messe Essen (Grugahalle) and Messe Düsseldorf (via the A46 / A52) can be reached without any problems.
