About this property

Cozy duplex apartment 74m², top-notch amenities, balcony, garage & parking space

In our spacious 74m² apartment, you will find a large fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. During quiet moments, you can enjoy a bath in the bathtub or quickly take a shower. We can accommodate up to 6 people. The location is very central yet quiet, situated in a 30 km/h zone. Additionally, you can enjoy the view from the balcony or take a break during a cigarette pause. A washing machine and dryer are available in your own basement. We have a television in every room (3 in total), and each TV is equipped with Netflix and Prime Video Premium. For your security, the entrance area and hallway are under video surveillance.
It takes 8 minutes by car to reach the fairgrounds, 10 minutes to the city, and 5 minutes to the Rhein-Ruhr Zentrum. We would love to be your hosts

Saubere Unterkunft mit wenigen Abzügen. Es stand abends eine Person bei uns, die den Ofen nochmal sauber machen sollte. Die Betten/das Schlafsofa sind nicht ganz so bequem. Die Lage war dennoch super. Gelegen am Ende einer Sackgasse. Die Autobahn in der Nähe hat man gar nicht gehört. Der Check in war super einfach und Probleme konnten direkt mit den Vermietern geklärt werden und es wurde eine Lösung gefunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
