We enjoyed our stay at the apartment. It’s a quiet neighborhood but you’ll find lots in walking distance (public transport, restaurants, shops). The apartment is very spacious and clean. We only missed curtains or blinds for the windows. So in the morning

Danke für das Feedback! Es gibt Plissees an allen Fenstern, aber keine Option für eine vollständige Verdunkelung. Dieser Wunsch wird sehr selten angefragt. Für eine Filmproduktion hätten wir mal Folien vor die Fenster befestigt, aber die Rückabwicklung ist leider sehr mühsam. Wenn dieser Wunsch erneut aufkommen sollte, werden wir ergänzende Rollos prüfen.

The host was very nice and communicative before arrival. He even bought a toddler bed for us. When we arrived we were a little underwhelmed. It was obvious that the apartment has not been cleaned professionally. Most of the kitchen was a mixture of old things randomly thrown together. A lot of them stained and not really something I want to use when I cook my food. The slanted ceilings in the kitchen were tough to navigate. The location and area was good. Parking was easy to find.

Die Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss eines 4-Fam-Hauses. Für Gäste, die wie wir zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer suchen, völlig ungeeignet. Das angeblich zweite Schlafzimmer entpuppte sich als 4qm große Abstellkammer mit kurzem Einzelbett.Wohnung und Küche funktional ausgestattet. Schnelles WLan. Waschmaschine vorhanden, kann aber nur 60 Wäsche. Bäcker in 100m. Ruhige Umgebung.

Apartamento con muchos servicios pero 3 piso sin ascensor

Muy bien la comunicaión con propietario. Apartamento con mucho servicio: muchos utensilios de cocina, material para avadora, pastillas para lavavajillas, … Solo dos defectos: tercer piso sin ascensor y para gente alta como nosotros.. bastantes golpes en la cabeza contra el techo (es un ático). Por lo demás estuvimos muy bien.

Vielen Dank für Ihre überwiegend positive Bewertung. Ich denke aus Bildern müßte unmissverständlich hervorgehen, dass es sich um ein Domizil mit vielen Schrägen im Dachgeschoß handelt. Ich halte dieses Argument für eine Abwertung des Apartments insofern für unfair. Ebenso ist zu keinem Zeitpunkt die Verfügbarkeit eines Aufzuges zugesichert worden. Auch wurde dies nicht angefragt oder zur Bedingung gemacht.

Ein schöner Kurzaufenthalt

Lovely Place

We stayed here while attending the Essen Spiel. The accommodation suited our purposes very well. It was clean and tidy, with excellent shopping facilities and take-aways nearby. It is a top floor apartment so we got plenty of extra exercise carrying our new games upstairs. The only downside for us was the low ceilings, my friend is 6 ft tall and managed to bang his head twice. Despite that we enjoyed our stay in Germany and would very much recommend this accommodation.
