Welcome to this pleasant family home located in a quiet neighborhood of Vannes, ideal for a stay with family or friends, only 6 minutes from the harbor and the historic city center.
Spacious and welcoming, the house offers a bright and comfortable living area, perfect for relaxing together after a day exploring the ramparts, local markets and the beautiful landscapes of the Gulf of Morbihan.
The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to easily prepare your meals. You will find a dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, as well as all the essential cooking equipment.
The house has 4 bedrooms spread over two floors, comfortably accommodating families or groups of friends.
On the first floor you will find:
• one bedroom with a double bed (140x190)
• one bedroom with a double bed (140x190)
• one bedroom with a single bed
• a bathroom with bathtub and toilet
On the second floor:
• one bedroom with bunk beds
• a bathroom with shower
A baby crib is also available if needed.
For your comfort during your stay, the house also includes a washing machine, a dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board.
Outside, you can enjoy a pleasant garden with a terrace, ideal for outdoor meals thanks to the barbecue and garden furniture.
Please note: the house does not have a television or Wi-Fi. However, mobile hotspot connection works very well if you need to stay connected during your stay.
