LARRESSORE, C542: Beautiful house (owners' main residence) in a quiet location close to shops, comprising an entrance hall leading to a large open-plan living room and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, central island, induction hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, etc. The accommodation offers one bedroom (140 x 190 cm bed) on the ground floor, as well as a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a separate WC. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms (two 90 x 190 cm beds and one 160 x 200 cm bed, plus a cot) and a shower room with WC. Parking is available in the courtyard with a gate and enclosed garden.

An inventory of fixtures is carried out upon each departure (see Article 1731 of the French Civil Code).
Subsequent guests have 24 hours to report anything they believe is not in order, or anything our staff may have missed.
If tenants vacate the property on a Sunday, a public holiday, or before 8:00 AM on the morning of their departure, a preliminary inventory will be carried out by the agency the day before departure. This will ensure that everything is in working order and that there is no damage. In the case of a pre-inspection, the security deposit will be cancelled (credit card) or returned voided (check) after the tenants have actually vacated the property.

Optional services payable on site and to be reserved before your arrival:

- Bed linen (double bed): €20.

- Towels/person/week: €8.

- House cleaning (C501/C534/C536/C543): €88.

Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental. If pets are allowed (information in the advertisement), charges may be applicable.
Only equipment mentioned in this advertisement are present. Equipment not mentioned are not considered to be present. Unless there is an electric charging station in the accommodation, charging electric vehicles is prohibited.
