Vacation apartment with 360° panoramic mountain view

The house in Spital am Pyhrn, renovated and fully equipped in summer 2017, welcomes you with a size of 140m². From the balcony, the terrace and the garden you can enjoy a 360 ° panoramic mountain view. Thanks to the two master bedrooms, the children's room, the two comfortable living rooms, the two fully equipped kitchens with seating, the two balconies (upper and first floor), the terrace and the large garden with children's playground, you will feel at home, far away from home!

In the two master bedrooms you will find a large double bed, in the children's room a bunk bed as well as children's books and toys. The living rooms offer a comfortable sofa, TV, dining table, cabinet with glass showcase and much more. In the kitchen you will find all the kitchen utensils you need for a nice cooking evening. The bathrooms have a bath, shower, toilet, sink and of course a mirror. Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge for your stay!

The large garden offers enough seating and relaxation options including sun loungers and a new Weber grill for perfect steaks. For our little guests there is a private playground with a swing, slide and climbing frame!

The usual occupancy of the apartment is between 6 and 10 people, the max. Occupancy is 11 people. The two bedrooms can accommodate 4 people, the children's room for two children, the sofas in the two living rooms for 2 people each. Furthermore, one person can sleep in the living room on the ground floor in our relaxation area. Two additional beds can be set up for maximum occupancy.

The apartment is located in a quiet and green area on a hill with only one neighbor, well protected by trees and bushes. The road is easily passable all year round and in winter the snow is cleared up to the house.
