Are you looking for peace and relaxation within your own four walls while on vacation, do you want to have “enough space to live” while on vacation and enjoy the independence of deciding for yourself when you have breakfast? Your children should have their own room and the price per person should not be expensive, after all you also want to do something. The dog has to come with you because it's part of the family? There are many reasons to spend your vacation in an apartment and not in a hotel. Our apartment is one reason.
The 58 sqm holiday apartment, which is floored with laminate, is located in house 6 of the holiday park. The living/dining room is very modernly furnished with a leather sofa, flat-screen television with GIGA TV box, DVD player with a large selection of DVDs, dining area and kitchenette and invites you to relax. The apartment offers particular comfort with a dishwasher. The first bedroom has 2 comfortable box spring single beds, making it particularly comfortable to sleep on. The other bedroom is furnished with 1 comfortable box spring double bed. In the 3rd bedroom (children's room) there is a sofa bed, suitable for 2 children or 1 adult, and an extra television. We provide a travel cot for our very young guests free of charge. Your children have a large toy box with games, art supplies and books on site. A high chair and children's dishes are also part of our facility. You will find two sanitary rooms, 1 x with 2 mirror cabinets, 2 sinks and shower and 1 x a separate second guest toilet. A sunny balcony invites you to linger on nice days.
Free extras are: In winter: 1 sleigh, free WiFi, some tabs for the dishwasher.
WiFi is free, namely fast WiFi with your own contract, not WiFi via a hotspot.
The minimum stay is 2 nights, 7 nights over Christmas and New Year's Eve.
With over 700 holiday apartments, the well-kept holiday park offers guests of all ages some attractive highlights: mini golf, table tennis, chess, adventure playground. Large meadows between the houses invite you to play ball games. The low ropes course and fitness equipment for adults round off the offerings at the holiday park. The holiday park cabana is new. Our guests who have booked several apartments are happy to rent one here for a barbecue with a larger group.
The hiking and cross-country skiing trails in the Harz Nature Park start right behind the holiday park.

Wohnung sauber und modern

Die Wohnung war sauber, modern und ausreichend eingerichtet. Leider waren wir doch enttäuscht, da das Inserat einen Pool in der Ferienanlage und auch einen Whirlpool mit angegeben war, so dass es dann Preis-Leistungen gepasst hätte. Wir haben extra nach eine Unterkunft mit Pool gesucht und haben dem entsprechend auch ein paar Euro mehr in Kauf genommen, das war leider nicht gegeben.Das äußerliche der Ferienanlage, war nicht besonders ansprechend, man hat sich etwas wie in den 70er gefühlt (Plattenbau-Chick). Kurtaxe wurde in Vor ausbezahlt aber die Kurverwaltung hat keine Pässe zur Verfügung gestellt, man sollte sie dann vor Ort abholen, das sollte eigentlich in Begriffen sein, dass man diese nicht noch extra abholen sollt. Schlüsselübergabe bei Ankunft und Abreise, war super easy.

Beschreibung und Ist passen, Preis/Leistung top

Hallo, wie beschrieben wohnt man in einer Plattenbausiedlung. Natürlich mitten im Grünen auf dem Berg im schönen Westharz mit kurzen Wegen. Zwei der drei Schlafkojen haben wie beschrieben keine Fenster, so dass man nur über das Wohnzimmer lüften kann. Der Weg zum Bäcker und ins Ortszentrum ist zu Fuß machbar. Das Skigebiet ist auf der anderen Seite des Ortes. Ohne Schnee kann man in den Nachbarorten trotzdem viel machen: Baden, Schlittschuhfahren, mit der Harzer Schmalspurbahn reisen und mehr.

Familienurlaub mit Hund

Sehr netter Kontakt mit Frau Adler. Wir waren 08/2019 für 10 Tage in der Wohnung. Das Appartement und die zeitgemäße Einrichtung waren sehr sauber gehalten, wo alles vorhanden ist was man so im täglichen Leben braucht. Wir waren 3 Jugendliche, 2 Erwachsene und ein Hund und fanden ausreichend Platz. Es gibt sehr viel zu sehen und erkunden in der näheren Umgebung. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder bei Fam. Adler Buchen.

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und ein 10 Monate altes BABY Wohnung war gut und modern eingerichtet. Schön war die Ausstattung des Spielzimmers. Die Kaffeemaschine schaltete sich immer aus und der Staubsauger schien keine Saugkraft zu haben. Ansonsten schön ruhig und wir hatten schöne, 3Tage

Es war nirgends zu lesen das sich das Apartment in einer Plattenbau Siedlung befindet. Sauber war es bei der Ankunft auch nicht,es hat nach Katzen pipi gerochen,Geschirr war dreckig in Schrank, gebuchte Handtücher wurden vergessen. Kaum Fenster,zwei Schlafräume waren nur Kammern. Kontakt war nett ,aber die Unterkunft leider nicht.

6-köpfige Familie findet super Platz

Etwas abseits der Liftanlage liegt der Wohnkomplex, der toll gelegen ist, so dass Kinder draußen viel Platz und ein vorbeiführender Fußweg direkt nutzbar ist, ohne an der Hauptstraße laufen zu müssen. Die Wohnung ist optimal genutzt, so dass ausreichend Platz in der Wohnung für 6 Personen gegeben ist. Jeder hat sein eigenes Bett, keiner muss auf dem Sofa schlafen. Ein 2. WC ist vorhanden, das ist sehr gut, bei der Anzahl von Bewohnern ;-) Komplikationslose Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Vielen Dank, wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Plattenbauromantik

Die Ferienwohnung befinden sich in einer Plattenbausiedlung außerhalb vom Ortschaft. Bei betreten der Wohnung im Abstellraum lagen leere Pfandflaschen. Inm Badezimmer lagen Strumpfhosen. Im Kühlschrank lagen nasse Waschlappen. Wohnzimmer , Größe Schlafzimmer und die Küche Ok. Aber die beiden kleinen Zimmer , das sind kleine Abstehlräme ohne fenster. Doppelbett steht auf Rädern und beim schlafen hat sich immer hin und her bewegt und gequietscht. Die Bettrücklehne steht nicht befestigt , daher kriegt man Eindruck , dass die gleich auf dem Kopf fehlt. Toilettentür kann man nicht abschließen , Türschloss falsch eingebaut. Und freundlich sind die auch nicht.

sehr schöne und wirklich gut eingerichtete Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist super schön und wirklich ausgezeichnet ausgestattet. Auch die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit. Nur zu empfehlen! Gerne wieder! Die Gegend ist auch wunderschön! Also wir hatten eine unvergessene und erholsame Zeit!
