Spend a perfect holiday in the house "Svea", modern ambience, under traditional thatched roof! The house is situated on a 730 m² lot. The house, about 150 m², consists of a living room with terrace, flatscreen TV and sofas, an adjoining fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dining area, as well as a bathroom with shower.
A staircase leads to two bedrooms, each with a double bed (each 180 x 200 cm, mattresses are continuous), a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and the bathroom, with a shower and a bath.
The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, deckchairs, a barbecue and sun umbrella and offers a view of the garden, great recreation. Urlaub in Born

Leider liegt das Haus direkt an der einzigen Haupt und Durchgangsstraße in Bonr. Das Grundstück ist zwar durch einen schön bepflanzten Wall optisch von der Hauptstraße getrennte, aber der Autolärm ist deutlich zu hören. Zudem hätte ich mich gefreut, wenn das Grundstück entsprechend der Hauseinrichtung anprechender hergereichtet gewesen wäree. Das Haus war schön und geräumig, insbesondere die große Küche hat das Kochen zur zweit sehr angenehm gemacht. Sofern man sich nicht länger an dem Grundstück aufhält, ist es eine schöne Unterkunft. Sollte ma aber auch gerne zum relaxen am Haus bleiben, so gibt es bestimmt geeignetere Unterkünfte. Laut Aussage des Vermieters ist die Sauna nachträglich eingebaut worden. Diese ist daher sehr klein und kann nur von einer Person benutzt werden. Leider ist die Hauptstraße in dem Inserat nicht erwähnt.

Super Ferienhaus

Sehr tolles und modernes Ferienhaus. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und im Küchenbereich gab es genügend Geschirr und Kochzubehör. Wir hatten 3 Hunde dabei - total toll, dass der Gartenbereich eingezäunt war. Das Ferienhaus Svea ist definitiv sehr zu empfehlen.

Frühjahrsurlaub 2023

Ein Ferienhaus wie man es sich wünscht , zweckmäßig, mit viel Zubehör aber trotzallem auch gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit dem Ferienhaus und können es ohne ein wenn u. aber Weiterempfehlen... Als Nachtrag: Es ist für mich nicht nachzuvollziehen wie sich manche Gäste in ihrem Urlaub verhalten, wie kommen Schuhabdrücke an die Decke oder muss man Insekten an der Wand erschlagen. Wenn alle sich ein kleines bisschen an die einfachsten Regeln halten würden hätte man viel länger was, von solch tollen Ferienhäusern!!!

Auf ein nächstes Mal 😉

Ein Urlaub mit Familie in dem auch das eigene Haustier sich entspannen kann. Es gibt gar nicht viel zu berichten, wer gerne mit offenen Fenster schläft wird leider durch den Straßenlärm in seiner Ruhe etwas gestört, aber da macht man es eben zu... Ansonsten können wir nur sagen; einfach ein toller Urlaub in einem echt tollen Haus 👍👍 bis zum nächsten Mal.
