Fully equipped, it offers all the necessary comfort to accommodate up to 4 travellers. On beautiful days, enjoy the fitted balcony to take your meals in the sun. The beach is just 100m away, at the end of the dead end, and the nearby coastal path is perfect for beautiful walks on foot or by bike along the ocean.



Enter through the entrance door and discover a beautiful living space leading to the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher) will allow you to prepare your meals as if at home. For breakfast, you will also have a kettle, a toaster and a filter coffee maker. You can share your meals around the indoor dining table or enjoy the balcony table on beautiful days. In the evening, gather in the lounge area, comfortably seated on the sofa in front of the television.



The accommodation has 2 sleeping spaces:

Bedroom 1: two single beds (80 x 190 cm) that can be brought together to form a Queen Size bed, a wardrobe and a storage shelf.

Living room: a sofa bed (140 x 190 cm).



The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. The toilet is separate for added comfort.



A washing machine, as well as an ironing board and an iron, are also at your disposal.



You will have a private parking space in the residence's car park to park easily
