Duplex apartment, ideal for up to 22 people

Welcome in the middle of St. Andreasberg - on 240 square meters distributed on 3 floors of a house built in 1750, renovated in 2017, modernly furnished and decorated. Whether short breaks with the large family, class trip or weekend trip with many friends: here is plenty of space!

The distribution of the large apartment, in the 1. Floor and extends from there over 2 roof-floors, is the following:

1. Upper floor: 2x bedroom with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, living room with 3 x double sofa bed and additional seating possibilities; Kitchen, 2 shower baths
Second Upper floor: 1 bedroom with double bed, 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each; 2 shower baths
Third Upper floor: 1 bedroom with 4 single beds, 1 living room with 1 double sofa bed

All bedrooms or lounges are allergy-friendly with infrared heat and have a flat-screen TV. For 1 person per sofa bed, the apartment can accommodate a total of 22 persons, with 2 persons per couch for up to 26 persons.

The 3.80m long dining table in the kitchen invites to cozy games in the autumn and winter as well as to the conclusion of a beautiful day in the spring or summer with a glass of wine and self-cooked food. Restaurants as well as a supermarket (also on Sundays mornings, bread delivery service) in the immediate vicinity. The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and a fridge-freezer. There is also a toaster, microwave, coffee machine. Dishes and the like is present in sufficient quantity.

Laundry packages can be borrowed for a fee of 10, - Euro per person (includes hand and bath towels, complete bed linen). After booking, we ask for timely information (at least 3 days before arrival), whether and how many laundry packages are required, as well as the approximate arrival time. Arrival is possible from 15:00.

A (payable) lockable storage facility for skis, Bicycles (garage) available on request. WLAN can be used free of charge, as well as parking spaces (car: on the roadside in front of the property, motorcycles: also on the courtyard behind the house).

Surroundings:
Our accommodation is located in the middle of Sankt Andreasberg and is embedded in the Harz National Park! It offers ideal conditions for hiking, cycling, fishing and skiing. The summer toboggan run is a short walk from the apartment.

Here, in Sankt Andreasberg and the surrounding area, you can experience pure nature with many exciting projects such as, bathing fun, paintball, high ropes course, great observatory, bat Empire, Wurmberg cable car and much more. And also the fun in the winter with snow with ski or sleigh rides "does not stay out."

Furthermore, there are many events taking place; like Kuhaustrieb, Easter bonfires, festival parades, concerts, snowboard festival and astro shows in the observatory and much more. For this purpose, there is the event calendar for the whole year at the Tourist Information.

From Sankt Andreasberg you can make great day trips to Braunlage (12 km), Bad Lauterberg (12 km), Clausthal-Zellerfeld (21 km) and Bad Harzburg (25 km). Goslar, Wernigerode and Quedlinburg can be reached in about 40 minutes. The A395 can be reached in 35 minutes, the A7 motorway in 40, and the A38 in 50 minutes by car.
