Come hike the falls in Silverton!!
Silver Falls is an Oregon state treasure, and one of the most visited parks. Enjoy a memorable experience when you stay in this peaceful, unique place. Our hidden gem is surrounded by the forest, in the foothills of the cascade mountains, directly across from Silver Falls State Park. A short 1/2 mile walk will bring you to the North Falls parking lot, or use our pass for free parking anywhere within the state park.
The space
Enjoy your stay at our luxury suite. We chose every detail with you in mind. There’s a small living room, with a TV/DVD player, to relax after a day of hiking, and a bedroom with a queen bed. Listen to Silver Creek (across from us) from your open window. The couch pulls out into a queen sized bed, as well.
Guest access
Guests have complete use of driveway in front of their private entrance. No more than two vehicles on the property. Use of side yard to the left of the apartment, up the concrete stairs. Back yard is private, family use only.
Other things to note
We do not have a kitchen, but we do have a kitchenette, complete with a microwave, mini fridge, coffee/keurig pot, hot water kettle, and toaster. Dishes, silverware, and other utensils provided. Dishes and mugs are microwave safe. There is a gas grill outside, for guest use. Please do not bring/use hot plates, instant pots, crockpots or any other type of cookware.

This is a sweet property. Sadly the fridge makes a very irritating noise at night and we didn't discover the earplugs and sound machine until we were ready to check out. It might be helpful to note that on the bulletin board by the front door. Otherwise, a very nice, although small space.

The listing is accurate and provides the details needed to make an informed decision. We were comfortable and everything we anticipated was provided. The unit is clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our visit and highly recommend that you give this unit serious consideration. The owner is quick to answer questions and provides detailed information. If there is one thing you need to be aware of, it is that access to the unit is down about a 1/2 mile gravel road, so don't expect to keep your vehicle clean. :O)

We live in the foothills of the Cascades, close to Silver Falls State Park, and besides living on a tropical island, there is no place we'd rather be. We love to travel and are pleased to host others who love to travel and explore.

As hosts, we want the our guests' experience to be as seamless as possible. You have enough to do, what with travel, packing, unpacking, hiking, visiting, shopping, events... We want you to be as comfortable as possible! We provide a nice clean place with comfy beds and lots of amenities. We never want there to be an issue, but if one arises we strive to take care of it as quickly as possible.

Why they chose this property

Our property is exclusively located just a half mile from Silver Falls State Park. Perfect for hiking the falls and enjoying the general splendor of being in the foothills and forests of the Cascade Mountains. The air smells so fresh and clean!

What makes this property unique

Other than Silver Falls State Park, we are the only walkable short term rental from the falls. Half mile from our driveway to the trailhead at North Falls parking lot.
