Come hike the falls in Silverton!!
Silver Falls is an Oregon state treasure, and one of the most visited parks. Enjoy a memorable experience when you stay in this peaceful, unique place. Our hidden gem is surrounded by the forest, in the foothills of the cascade mountains, directly across from Silver Falls State Park. A short 1/2 mile walk will bring you to the North Falls parking lot, or use our pass for free parking anywhere within the state park.
The space
Enjoy your stay at our luxury suite. We chose every detail with you in mind. There’s a small living room, with a TV/DVD player, to relax after a day of hiking, and a bedroom with a queen bed. Listen to Silver Creek (across from us) from your open window. The couch pulls out into a queen sized bed, as well.
Guest access
Guests have complete use of driveway in front of their private entrance. No more than two vehicles on the property. Use of side yard to the left of the apartment, up the concrete stairs. Back yard is private, family use only.
Other things to note
We do not have a kitchen, but we do have a kitchenette, complete with a microwave, mini fridge, coffee/keurig pot, hot water kettle, and toaster. Dishes, silverware, and other utensils provided. Dishes and mugs are microwave safe. There is a gas grill outside, for guest use. Please do not bring/use hot plates, instant pots, crockpots or any other type of cookware.

You can’t beat this location if you are visiting Silver Falls! It was the perfect getaway! The host made everything clear and easy. The room was comfortable, well decorated, and supplied with everything we needed, including games, extra blankets, coffee setup, and lovely soft towels! We will be back!

Beautiful little place

The place is beautiful and exceptionally clean. Loved the convenience of the location to Silver Falls. We appreciated how quiet it was. We found everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Although it certainly accommodated us and our grown son, I think it would be best for just a couple. Felt a little crowded, especially when eating our dinner. That being said, it is still a wonderful 5 star place to stay near Silver Falls.

Incredible location

My grown daughter and I stayed in this lovely apartment for one night as we spent a day photographing in Silver Falls state park. The trail to North Falls is literally a minute drive from the house, amazing! The apartment is very nice and both beds are comfortable. We only had a quick breakfast in the apartment and for that the small kitchen was sufficient. This is a little jewel for people spending a day or two in the park.

Best Cozy Stay after a long day of hiking!

This was the coziest place to spend a night after a long day of hiking! Helpful instructions made it easy to find and it was incredibly warm and inviting. The shower was impressive and I slept on the pull out couch which was extremely comfortable. I was over joyed with finding two suitcase racks (shy don't more places do this) and wine glasses and opener, extra hooks where you need them...I could on and on with all the little things that were helpful. Super clean and the host was accommodating and attentive. Would highly recommend!

overnight hike

Great location near the North entrance of the park. Nice to not need to park in the tourist parking lot. Owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Cute place. Comfy bed. Downside was coming back from hiking all day and finding there was no soap to shower with and all the shampoo/conditioner bottles in the shower were empty. Also, though there was coffee available, there were no filters to be able to actually brew a pot. Looked everywhere for these items. Would still recommend on all the good points - just make sure you bring ALL basic essentials.

We live in the foothills of the Cascades, close to Silver Falls State Park, and besides living on a tropical island, there is no place we'd rather be. We love to travel and are pleased to host others who love to travel and explore.

As hosts, we want the our guests' experience to be as seamless as possible. You have enough to do, what with travel, packing, unpacking, hiking, visiting, shopping, events... We want you to be as comfortable as possible! We provide a nice clean place with comfy beds and lots of amenities. We never want there to be an issue, but if one arises we strive to take care of it as quickly as possible.

Why they chose this property

Our property is exclusively located just a half mile from Silver Falls State Park. Perfect for hiking the falls and enjoying the general splendor of being in the foothills and forests of the Cascade Mountains. The air smells so fresh and clean!

What makes this property unique

Other than Silver Falls State Park, we are the only walkable short term rental from the falls. Half mile from our driveway to the trailhead at North Falls parking lot.
