You’ll have the entire second floor of this sunny duplex. The space is open concept - 1 bed with a King Casper mattresses, a bright kitchen with tons of space, a stylish living room with art throughout, and an office (with an air mattress).

Fenced-in back yard that's great for pets and chill around the outdoor table for optimal hangs and BBQs.

Great location

Nice quiet place near a lot of cool places. Short drive to downtown Milwaukee and close to a bike/walking path along the water (South Shore Park). Owner very responsive, accommodating, courteous and professional.

Great Place to Stay

The location of this rental was great! It only took 10-15 minutes to get into the city. The neighborhood was super cute with lots of little restaurants near by. Loved the fenced in backyard! The house was clean and the perfect amount of space for the two of us.

Thank you Mark for letting us stay at your house. We had a great time. Your house was within walking distance to everything Bay View has to offer. The house was very clean and the fenced in back yard was thoroughly enjoyed by our dogs.

We very much enjoyed staying here. It was close to all of the activities we were in Milwaukee for and the neighborhood was quiet. Mark replied every time i had a question before and even after we rented it. He was very helpful. I recommend staying here!

Cute place

Upper part of duplex is sooo cute! Privacy fence backyard is nice if you have dogs or want to grill out or enjoy backyard. Within walking distance of bars/shops/restaurants but also quick 10 min drive from most fun spots around MKE.
