Beautiful rural property

Lovely property with beautiful outside spaces. Very welcoming host. Kids loved the pool and plenty of space inside for everyone to spread out as well as outdoor seating areas. We appreciated the rural setting on the outskirts of Sinj, but it was an easy drive to Split for a day out. Plenty of supermarkets, restaurants etc., in Sinj if you don’t want to venture fppurther afield.

Sehr enttäuschend und nicht wie beschrieben

Leider nicht wie beschrieben, fehlende Ausstattungsmerkmale (Sauna nicht vorhanden, Innenpool nicht nutzbar, da Schwarzschimmelbefall, kein Trampolin, etc.) Sehr abgewohnte und teilweise Defekte Möbel, offene Leitungen im Außenbereich. Als außergewöhnliche und luxuriöse Immobilie beworben, vorgefunden wurde eine alte, schon lange nicht mehr renovierte Immobilie. Insgesamt sehr enttäuschend, nicht zu empfehlen. Kundenservice katastrophal, bereits am Anreisetag Missstände mitgeteilt und mit Bildern dokumentiert. Einige Tage später erschien der Vermieter mit einem Landsmann und reparierte notdürftig die offene Steckdose. Die fehlende Sauna, tat er mit den Worten ab, es wäre Sommer da nutzt man keine Sauna, bezahlt wurde diese aber! Den Schwarzschimmel im Badehaus wollte er überstreichen, obwohl mehrfach mitgeteilt wurde, dass dies nichts am eigentlichen Problem löst. Defekte rostige Gartenmöbel mit offen liegenden Metallstreben ersetzte er kurzfristig durch gebrauchte, ebenfalls defekte minderwertige Stühle, angepriesen wurden hier jedoch "hochwertige Gartenmöbel". Sämtliche Stuhlauflagen waren verdreckt und extrem fleckig. Aussenbereich insgesamt eher ungepflegt, überall lag irgendwas rum unter anderem Obst was bereits ewig lange lag und Insekten anzog. Housekeeping Service inkl. angepriesen, Reinigung oder aber Austausch von Handtüchern/ Bettwäsche erfolgte während des gesamten Aufenthaltes nicht. Bislang weder eine Entschädigung oder Rückmeldung seitens Novasol erhalten. Ver
